Despite liking XCOM 2 a lot lately, I mostly dislike today's setting with fantasy/sci-fi fantasy. I use games to get away from life and not to get reminded of it. Sci-Fi, with all its futuristic tech, still has enough of the modern day reminders that makes me turn off from it a little.

We are on the same boat on this one, probably the main reason I hate Persona, playing a game where you are a student where you go to school, study, have exams and all that. While I want to get away from being a student and I have school and exams and all that crap, not being reminded of it every minute, it immediately turned me off.

Basically I should say if I wanted something realistic or reality, I could go outside or whatever, fantasy in full throttle if you ask me.

Hi guys, I just wanted to make a poll to see what people have as their favorite fictional setting. The most popular setting that a lot of games use is medieval fantasy, but what if most people have a different taste other thid one?

I wanted to put more but I couldn't put more than 10. So, if a setting you like is missing, just tell me below ok?
