I was gonna bring this up. Except theres no police involved. Just a guy meeting the pedophiles at a Walmart and chasing him out off the parking lot.

Legally, a lot can go wrong without FBI and / or local law enforcement involved. While most of those guys are going to just cover their faces and run the other way there can always be one who doesn't give two fucks and can legally manipulate the entire situation and sue (and they could win. I think based on entrapment and whatever else concerning being filmed without permission and whatever other laws they can manipulate to their benefit). In other words, it's never a good idea to do this sort of thing without some type of law enforcement backing one up (there is a reason Chris Hanson has made sure to have FBI or at least local law enforcement with him when doing what he does. Even with the current Onision thing he is making sure to get FBI involvement before proceeding further, as well as Hanson gathering A LOT of evidence, including past victims, in case Onision tries to sue him). From what I remember, I think it was during the early "To Catch a Predator" episodes (or something predating that) before FBI and local law enforcement were involved, the guys weren't getting being brought to trial and they were being released because there needed to be law enforcement of some sort present in the whole operation as well as a certain type of sufficient evidence.

The CURRENT spiritual successor of "To Catch A Predator" is Chris Hanson's Youtube series "Have a Seat with Chris Hanson". Hanson currently has his sights on the Youtuber named Onision (I don't think this is going to end well for Onision. Hanson is very, VERY enthusiastic about going after him. Right now the format of the show is a video podcast, but it wouldn't surprise me if a few weeks from now if the show evolves into live footage of Chris Hanson with FBI breaking down Onision's door and Onision trying to defend himself like Kevin from Home Alone). This is one of the latest episodes from December 11th:

So, depending on who you consider big, I've been seeing a few more COPPA videos. One from Matpat on Game Theory and another from Treesicle. And while people may not like either of them, I think they're both big. I haven't watched them yet, though I saw the beginning of MatPat. And he seems worried, as well... Though, part of that is because he live streams, and if very family friendly. Which also sucks since he and his wife have a very young child, and this is like a real job to them. They live stream almost every weekday, so...

I just put this because some people were wondering about the bigger youtubers...

This isn't looking good.
Now some of the bigger Pro Wrestling channels are starting to make COPPA / FTC videos stating that they may be in legit serious trouble when January starts:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFOBiJJ4PUE

In the video game community, Cleanpricegaming (who in REAL life is studying to be a lawyer) made a COPPA / FTC video and he is stating that gaming channels can be is some serious trouble (especially if they have made videos covering stuff like most Nintendo franchises, Star Wars (rated T), Fortnite (rated T), and SEVERAL other games. This is a guy who is literally in LAW SCHOOL who has access to LAW PROFESSORS and even he is seeing that things are NOT looking good at all:

@Bluharvest
@viewmaster_pi

This is for ANY video on Youtube (doesn't matter if it's from a career Youtuber or someone who casually uploaded a video years ago). Earlier in the topic there were some wondering about this same thing... and for good reason. If someone who casually uses Youtube and has one video of a school play with their kids in it that they uploaded 10 years ago and they have forgotten their password to that old Youtube account, how the flying fuck are they going to be able to check off if the video is for kids or adults!?!?

Well.... the FTC does NOT give two fucks and will fine anyone (it can be a career Youtuber or even someone who just casually uploads stuff). They will fine ANYONE they find in violation (the fact that the FTC guy at the conference said that it's going to be like shooting fish in a barrel and that Youtube is the barrel and the Youtubers are the fish (yes, these are almost his exact words) and he stated that anyone with a video in violation will be SUED (it sounds like they will drag their victims into court, which is NOT fun if one can't afford a lawyer, and THEN hit them with a fine up to $42,000. The FTC has TONS of lawyers with free time on their hands) is something that is causing A LOT of people to worry. I know some people are saying that the FTC guy is just saying all of that to scare people and won't do shit, but I'm pretty damn certain he's VERY serious and the FTC will be handing out fines, especially since they also announced that the FTC will be doing periodic sweeps on Youtube to find violators so they can fine them (it's a big cash grab when you think about it. They can make A LOT of money off of this. they already got $170 million from Youtube).

The "good" news is that Youtube is currently setting up a special type of machine learning that will check off whether or not a video is a kids video or an adult video if the content creator doesn't check it off. The bad news is that it currently sucks ass and it also doesn't matter what Youtube thinks, the final decision is up to the FTC.

So, this can't retroactively affect videos, can it?

I made some YouTube videos years ago for an ASL class and I've forgotten the log-in and password. It would absolutely ruin my day if someone came knocking on my door and told me I hadn't properly listed my content as for kids or adults.

@Skye_Reynolds

Unfortunately, it very much retroactively hits all videos. ALL videos on Youtube, old and new, can be potential victims of the FTC. However, you point out one hell of a huge problem. There are tons of people who have casually uploaded stuff over the years since Youtube began in 2005 (like a school and / or college assignment, a short clip of their cat, a short gaming clip they thought was funny, etc, etc) and don't remember their log-ins / passwords anymore since it's been years and those videos were just casually uploaded (they weren't meant to start up a serious Youtube channel). I don't think that has occurred to the people running the FTC yet (to be fair, there is A LOT of stuff that hasn't occurred to them).

While Youtube's machine learning for COPPA is suppose to automatically label videos if someone doesn't do it (well, that's what they claim... I'm not sure how the hell they can pull it off since it's already mislabeling things and the COPPA thing starts January) it still doesn't address videos that don't get auto labeled and videos the FTC thinks are a certain way (remember: it doesn't matter what Youtube thinks, it's what the FTC thinks). I assume they can tell when was the last time someone logged into their Youtube account and have mercy on someone who, for example, hasn't logged in since 2008 or something, but I don't know.

Okay, so apparently things are looking to get worse.
While Rich from Review Tech USA isn't taking COPPA as a direct threat to him (I do feel he is underestimating the snake like nature of the FTC), as a father of two young toddlers, he is rather pissed about the real possibility of kids programming vanishing from Youtube.

THEN THINGS GET WORSE....

He is fearful of Youtube's "machine learning" in relation to COPPA to determine if a video is a kids video or a video not meant for kids. Youtube has been testing out it's COPPA related machine learning on random channels (before it launches it at full force come January) and it attacked this other guy's Youtube video and marked it as "for kids ONLY" because it had VIDEO GAME footage (and this was even with a MANUAL review from a human at Youtube thrown in). This is horrible for several reasons (the most severe reason is that it can open up the flood gates to an FTC fine of $42,000 when January hits for those with certain types of video game footage. It should be noted that the footage that was flagged as "for kids only" was rated T for teen).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GI-tQWj89qU

I looked up the video that got flagged as "For kids only".
It has footage of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. That game is rated T for Teen... and it's for kids only?!? The fuck? Upper Echelon Gamers is the name of Youtube's first victim. They are suppose to have a response video to this fucked up mess coming soon. Honestly, I think Google is fucking them over because of the thumbnail.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDxnVvyUK3E

Upper Echelon Gamers has now posted their response to Youtube fucking them up and flagging their original Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order / Stadia video (a game rated T for Teen) was hit with "FOR KIDS ONLY". He's now stating that originally he didn't think this COPPA thing was going to be a big deal. Now, after Youtube fucked him up, he feels COPPA is a serious threat and is going to cause mass destruction to Youtube when combined with Youtube's COPPA machine learning which is fucking up and the Youtube employee who also categorized his video game video as "FOR KIDS ONLY". He also decides to curse on purpose to make sure this video response doesn't get flagged as a "FOR KIDS ONLY" video like his last video (he points out that if he had been flagged during January when the FTC nonsense kicks in, he could have been hit with a $42,000 fine). Of course, prohibition or limitation on profiteering from children's content has usually meant the end of children's content.
That's why Saturday morning cartoons died, along with a mass exodus to cable where the "E/I" rules don't matter.

@Questionmarktarius

Yeah, I remember growing up and having Saturday morning cartoons (and even Sunday morning cartoons) as well as weekday afternoon cartoons after school and then, because of all the legal bullshit that started happening, all of that faded away (all that was left was during the mid to late 2000's was Fox's Saturday morning line up, which eventually devolved into them just running reruns of old cartoons, not new content. Also left was the CW Saturday morning line-up which had mostly reruns of older cartoons with a few new episodes of YugiOh and whatever else. The few new CW content was also on cable, so it wasn't exclusive. Then it all just went away completely by the very early 2010's).

This sucked horribly for any kid stuck in a poor family who couldn't afford cable and only had the regular channels. The worst part was what replaced all of those cartoons. The weekday afternoon cartoons got replaced with a bunch of shitty talk shows meant for adults (Jerry Springer type rip-off shows with a bunch of hillbilly cousins having an affair and stuff like Maury Povich where some girl who slept with 20 guys is trying to figure out who her babys daddy is).

The Saturday morning cartoons got replaced with news meant for adults (where the news reports would go over horrible things like some guy murdering his wife and kids definitely not kid appropriate stuff).

The Sunday morning cartoons got replaced with more news shows with more news stories about people being murdered and a bunch of shitty infomercials selling mops and brooms and stuff. None of these programs were children appropriate and any kids without cable (the poor kids) were screwed since there pretty much was no more kids programming on regular TV thanks to the government stepping in and fucking everything up with their E/I demands which fucked over profitability for kids programming, as well as placing shitty limitations on the non-cable networks. Sadly, I see the same thing happening on Youtube. I sadly expect almost all the kids videos (especially the really good videos. Not the Elsa shit, but the really good stuff that kids love on Youtube) to go away because of what the FTC is going to do to Youtube.

I definitely see the eradication of kids content on Youtube happening. That sucks because a lot of schools use the really good kids videos for their elementary school and middle school classes. It even sucks for adults who want to see a cartoon (full episodes and / or clips) from their youth like X-men, Batman, Donald Duck or whatever. A lot of that might get removed. Also, the eradication of most kids content from Youtube sucks for kids. I'd rather kids are watching something like CocoMelon rather than watching clips of some shitty MTV reality program of some teens getting drunk on Youtube because there isn't anymore kids content left on Youtube.

In other words, there is safety with Daily Motion. Also, it already has some recognizable people on there with videos like Classic Game Room. This is the best place to escape to for Youtube creators who need to put their videos on another website and for viewers:
Is it really that safe?
According to the Terms of Use, it will follow French laws if you live in the European Economic Area (basically EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), but if you live outside the EEA it shall be interpreted in accordance with the New York laws, and "any claim or dispute between you and Dailymotion shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the New York county".
Since New York must follow FTC, aint that basically saying that people outside the EEA must follow the FTC rules?

That really sucks. I guess it depends on various factors. Like if the FTC goes after Daily Motion themselves, they won't be able to hurt them because they are protected by France. However, if the FTC goes after individual content creators on Daily Motion, then yeah, I guess the FTC could fuck over certain Daily Motion users if they live in the United States. Granted, I guess it depends on certain things, but it's NOT looking good for content creators living in the U.S at all.

I have to say that whoever wrote that does NOT know what the hell they are talking about. The FTC specifically stated, out of their own mouths (and it can be seen in VIDEO FOOTAGE. One of them is even in the opening post of the first 20 seconds of that video) that they will fine INDIVIDUAL CONTENT CREATORS. The fines are NOT strictly going to Youtube, INDIVIDUAL content creators can be SUED (and that was the exact words the FTC guy used in the video in the opening post). They can be SUED for $42,000 per video that is in violation. The FTC is just like other government agencies like the IRS and others: if they are threatening that they will do something, THEY WILL DO IT. To use the IRS as an example, when they say they will come after your ass if you don't pay your taxes, THEY WILL COME AFTER YOUR ASS. Now "When" is another story. It might not be immediately, it might take a long ass time, but they will notice. WHY?

Money.

In reality, this is all about money.

Prior to Trump appointing the new people in charge of the FTC (and yes, he did help appoint them, as seen in the articles in the opening post), the FTC wasn't doing this type of bullshit. The new people in charge (they only started May 2018. Again, check the opening post links, especially the last one from the FTC website itself) already fined Youtube themselves $170 million. They want MORE money. Where do you think this $42,000 fine came from? They didn't just make it up for shits and giggles, they aren't just threatening to SUE individual content creators for shits and giggles, they are VERY SERIOUS about their threats and they hope to fine someone if they can.

That alone made me stop reading his Twitter rant when he said that the fines go only to Youtube. That's bullshit. The FTC very, very clearly stated that they would fine individual creators (as seen in the opening video in this topic's first post, within the first 20 seconds of that video). This indicates that he does NOT know what the hell he is fully talking about in that Twitter rant of his. The fact that he throws in "this is NOT legal advice, consult a lawyer if you are unsure" at the end of his Twitter rant does NOT fill me with confidence at all.

Ive never heard of bitchute but Vimeo is even more dead than dialymotion with a worse layout. I guess Dailymotion really is the best choice out of all these bad choices

Vimeo doesn't even have the "based in France" factor helping it out here.

Bit Chute seems like a nice website and it's based in the United Kingdom. However, it's an extremely brand new website that not many people know about because it's brand new (it launched in 2017 but it wasn't until last month when people really started talking about it). I assume that because it's based in the United Kingdom that it would be immune from the FTC trying to fuck it over, but because the U.S is friendly with the UK, I don't know 100%. But I would imagine that the FTC (a U.S based agency with U.S laws) would NOT be able to fuck over Bit Chute who is in the United Kingdom... I think. Also, because Bit Chute is a new website that not many know about, ad revenue could be a major problem (I'd imagine they are too small to get much of it, but that could change if they grow with more people coming to them). None the less, Bit Chute is the 2nd best place to escape to if Youtube crumbles.

As for the others....

Vimeo is... well.... it's headquarters is in New York, meaning that it would be an extremely easy target for the FTC to go after if Vimeo became bigger because of people leaving Youtube and going to Vimeo. Vimeo would be "FTC food" if it got bigger. This isn't the site to run to:

https://vimeo.com/68582082

Twitch, while a very big website (it's in the top 40 of website worldwide), has the same problem as Vimeo. Twitch is based in the United States (it's main headquarters is in San Francisco). Honestly, it's most likely on the FTC's hit list (after the FTC is done devouring Youtube, it wouldn't surprise me if Twitch is next). This isn't the site to run to:

https://www.twitch.tv/cartooncartelii

She eventually broke up with him and had a new boyfriend literally a week later. Meanwhile, he wanted his video game collection back and most of the games had went up in price since the time he got rid of his collection. He ended up paying more money on ebay to get most of it back and even then he couldn't get all of it back because a few games skyrocketed in price like crazy (Panzer Dragoon Saga and some other Sega Saturn games were some of those games that skyrocketed in price like crazy on ebay).

That's the thing with people like this who start making demands like wanting someone else to stop playing video games. That's NOT going to be the final ultimatum from them. Once they manage to convince the other person to stop playing video games and get rid of their video games they are going to turn their attention to some other thing that will cause them to make a new ultimatum.

Considering I have a video game collection that looks like something the Angry Video Game Nerd owns (I have 25 consoles and way over 2,500 games) she would have a massive heart attack once she sees my collection, making it where she won't be able to fully connect with me because she will either be in the hospital or dead. So what the fuck? Are the relatives going to try to sue local authorities and / or the county because the murderer temporary escaped custody and they felt their 13 year old murderer was in danger during that time? Can they even sue for something as bullshit like that?

They can sue, but I'm pretty sure something like that will be thrown out of court. However, if hell freezes over and they sue and they are actually successful and win, expect a shit load of people to be rioting out of protest.

Any details on the actual murders?

@-Unowninator-

I just found a very recent new article (this was written AFTER they got him again).
I'll bold the main details of the article:

"About 18 hours after he went missing, Jericho Werrell knocked on the door of his uncles home near Rowland, told him he was cold, needed something to eat and a shower, and when that was done, was on his way back into the custody of the state on charges that he helped kill two brothers.

Lawmen arent sure how Werrell made it from the woods off N.C. 72, near the Department of Social Services, to Wayne Lamberts home about 15 miles away, whether it was by foot, bike or a vehicle, but other details about the 13-year-old accused murderer are coming to light, including his full name.

The former student at Orrum Middle School has the same mother but a different father as Derrick Deshawn Hunt, who also is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths on Oct. 15 of brothers Frank Thomas, 34, and Adam Thomas, 33. The brothers were ambushed in their home at 131 Marigold Lane in what Sheriff Burnis Wilkins has implied was a drug-related crime.

Its unclear whether Werrell is facing additional charges for his escape. A spokesman for the N.C. Department of Public Safety said he could not comment. Werrell, who is about 5 feet tall and weighs 110 pounds, escaped from DPS officers about noon on Tuesday after a court hearing at the Department of Social Services. He sprinted out of the building barefooted after being able to free one of his legs from a restraint.

A manhunt followed, with as many as 40 officers searching the woods neared the abandoned central office for the public schools while two law enforcement helicopters circled above. But the trail apparently went cold at the edge of the Lumber River. The next day the search resumed with lawmen and rescue personnel in boats searching in and along the river. But its clear now that Werrell was long gone.

The story of an escaped 13-year-old charged in two murders made its rounds on national TV. His mother, Nikki Jacobs, made herself available for interviews, and complained that she was unable to get help for a son that The Robesonian has learned was in constant trouble with law enforcement.

On Wednesday, she went on her Facebook page and offered the following two comments.

The first, at about 2 p.m.: Man if yall see my baby hug him and let him know everythings gonna be alrite. He my baby either ways.

And about five hours later: Lord I ask you keep your hands on my baby Jericho Werrell. Only God knows how he is feeling. You family is here. We love you no matter what. Come home baby.

By then, however, it appears that Werrell already had made his way to the home of Lambert, whom he calls daddy. Lambert told WRAL the teen knocked on his door at about sunset.

Hes not a bad kid, Lambert told WRAL, adding that the teen begged not to be taken back to authorities.

Jacobs told WRAL that she is not sure how her son made it to Lamberts, saying it appeared he walked, and might have stopped on the way at his grandmothers abandoned home.

Its unclear what is next for Werrell. District Attorney Matt Scott did not want to comment on the case, but The Robesonian spoke with legal experts who said it would be up to Scott to determine if Werrell remains in the juvenile system, which means he could be freed in a few years even if convicted, or if he would head to adult court.

They said that decision could depend on what degree of culpability that Scott believes he had in the murders of the two brothers."

This 13 year old individual, known as "Jericho W" has allegedly MURDERED TWO ADULTS. He recently escaped from custody but it should be noted that authorities recently captured him again. Should he be tried as an adult or as a juvenile? Here are some details (this article is from BEFORE he was found after his escape):

"The Robeson County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 13-year-old charged with TWO counts of first-degree murder who ESCAPED custody Tuesday.

The teen was in court around noon when he disappeared. He was wearing leg restraints without any shoes at the Robeson County Courthouse on N. Elm Street but still managed to escape. He was last seen in the intersection of Highway 72 and Country Club Road in Lumberton.

Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said the escape happened when a DPS transport team took three juveniles from their facility to court. They were placed in a holding room together, and when a staffer opened the door, one escaped out of the facility and into a wooded area.

In addition to the two murder counts, he also had a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon. Because he is a juvenile, the sheriff's office identified him only as Jericho W.

The Department of Public Safety said Jericho should be considered a threat to the public because of a "prior history of assaultive and unpredictable behavior."

Jericho, who is from Lumberton, was one of two people arrested October 17 for the double homicide, which happened October 15. He and Derrick Deshawn Hunt, 19, also of Lumberton were arrested at a home on Belyn Road in Rowland and charged in the deaths of brothers Frank and Adam Thomas.

Wilkins told ABC11 that deputies have suspended search operations for the evening.

Nikki Jacobs, Jericho's mother, told ABC11 that her son was always troubled and blamed the county for not helping her son all of the times she reached out for assistance.

"You're telling the social workers and the mental health workers and the social services that that's what your problem is and you're calling them every day. Then that's something that should've been done a long time ago," she said. "But they going to wait until he's charged with these other charges"

After the arrest, Wilkins said the deadly incident had a "drug component to it."

The sheriff's office described the escaped teen as about 5 feet tall, 110 pounds, with brown eyes and hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and beige pants."

It's possible. They've probably been there for awhile, operating behind the scenes and now are possibly trying to take over due to the disarray in the aftermath or the two recent hurricanes. Not to say that there haven't been gangs before, but things are seemingly getting worse.

@Number090684

I use to live in Puerto Rico for about 6 years.
Long story short, it sure as hell wasn't this bad.
Most of the island was peaceful, even though there was gang activity in some parts of Ponce (the southern part of the island), but just small time criminal bullshit, and in a very small section up north called "La Perla" (which means "The Pearl"... which is such a huge shit hole filled with gangs and drugs and other dangerous shit that many years ago the local government literally built a wall to have a physical barrier between La Perla and the rest of San Juan which is the capital up north on the island).

These gangs did NOT have this level of weaponry before (they had guns, but NOT military weaponry) and they normally kept to their areas doing small time criminal stuff, not running around the entire island attempting to create a real life version of GTA with military weapons (like they are now).
I'm not sure how these gangs went from small-time hoodlum status to literally running around with military weapons in a militaristic fashion is such a short amount of time.

That's the most horrifying thing about Skeletor and his minions. While He-man can easily beat the shit out of them time and time again, Skeletor and his minions range from Superman to Hulk to Thing from Fantastic Four power levels. There have been crossovers where He-man has fought SUPERMAN (and in one of them, He-man WON the fight and in some others he fought Superman to a stalemate).

While a minion like Beast Man gets his ass kicked by He-man, Beast Man is at Superman / Hulk like strength (especially since he does manage to get in some offense on He-man and is strong enough to hurt He-man and even is strong enough to put He-man into submissions) to the point where Beast Man could EASILY take out an entire Earth city wide police department by himself. If he goes into New York City, the entire New York City police force is getting their asses kicked by Beast Man. It would be a one sided beat down of Beast Man throwing cops off of buildings and using cop cars as giant hammers to hammer down cops to a bloody pulp.

Throw in an ARMY of all of Skeletor's minions to invade Earth and Earth is going to belong to Skeletor very quickly.
By the end of the first day, Skeletor will declare himself KING of Earth!

This doesn't appear to be a publicity stunt because the two parents, Michael Barnett and Kristine Barnett, really are in jail for real. According to Detroit's Fox news local affiliate:

"Michael Barnett's attorney filed a petition on Sept. 18 to release the girl's mental health records, according to the Lafayette Journal & Courier. A closed hearing on Oct. 15 will decide whether those records will be released and used in Barnetts defense."

They ALSO reported...

"An Indiana couple accused of abandoning their 11-year-old adopted daughter claims she was actually a 22-year-old woman with a form of dwarfism who is a diagnosed psychopath and sociopath, according to reports.

Michael Barnett, 43, and his now ex-wife Kristine Barnett, 45, adopted the girl in 2010, two years after she came from Ukraine to the United States through a different adoption process, WISH-TV reported, citing court records. A doctor who examined her that year determined she was about 8 years old.

The couple allegedly rented an apartment in Lafayette in July 2013 and, despite knowing that the child knew no one in that city, left her there and moved to Canada, investigators wrote in a probable cause affidavit filed in the case.

Michael Barnett told detectives earlier this month that other than paying the apartments rent, they provided the girl with no financial support, according to the affidavit.

The couple had the girls age legally changed to 22 in June of 2012, WISH-TV reported. Kristine Barnett allegedly told her to tell anyone who asked that she looks young but was actually 22.

The girl has a form of dwarfism called spondyloepiphyseal, which could make an exact age difficult to determine, according to the local station.

In 2014, the girl told a detective with the Tippecanoe County Sheriffs Department that she lived with the Barnetts in Hamilton County, just north of Indianapolis, for about two years, after which they rented the apartment for her in Lafayette, located about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

She was left alone in the apartment in Lafayette while the rest of the Barnett family moved to Canada, investigators wrote in the affidavit, adding that the girl hasnt seen the Barnetts since.

Prosecutors filed neglect charges against the couple on Sept. 11. They surrendered to authorities and were released from a Tippecanoe County jail on a $5,000 bond, court records show.

It was unclear how long the girl lived alone in the apartment before her situation was discovered, and why an investigation that apparently began in 2014 took years to result in charges against the Barnetts.

Kristine Barnett claimed she learned of the charges when contacted by WISH-TV earlier this month. She told the local station that the situation with the girl was complicated and claimed the girl was diagnosed as both a psychopath and sociopath, according to the station.

Barnett also said the adoption was a scam and she has been an adult the entire time shes known her, but refused to provide additional details, WISH-TV reported.

In an interview, Kristine Barnett said the girl was actually a woman conning people into believing she was a child. She claimed in the interview that the girl allegedly threatened to stab them in their sleep, pushed Kristine into an electric fence and poured bleach in her coffee."

Looking at that picture of that adopted daughter in the opening post.... I strongly feel that's NOT an 11 year old. If you look at her arms, she has arms that people with Dwarfism would have. Also, the face, while it looks young, if you pay close attention to some of the facial features (especially the teeth) they match characteristics found in someone who is older than 11. I believe the mom when she says that's really a 22 year old psychopath pretending to be a kid.

Yup. I was skeptical until I saw the picture, but there's no way that's an eleven year old.

Yeah, that not a kid (I can understand why most people would think that's a kid, but that's not a kid). The crazy part is that the parents are in jail because of that wannabe serial killer pretending to be a kid. That's a freaking nightmare. All the parents wanted was to adopt a kid so they can have a daughter (all their other kids are all boys) and they got a horror movie monster instead.
