I flat out refuse to go through dfw now. I've lost track of how many times I've got stuck there in the winter.

Not much better through IAH. I remember getting stuck and the absolute shitshow that was 300+ angry passengers and like 3 customer service agents.

I'd go with the MSI. The only complaint I had for mine was the general build quality of the outer case. It is by no means a deal breaker though.

Yes. You are strongly advised to put detailed notes of what is incorrect and what the fact is (or a source that outlines as such) as not all mods are up to date with politics and not all mods live in the same nation that you do and may not be following the political news that you do.

I don't think the issue is the legality or the policy behind the changes Google is doing so that they don't get fined again; it's the enforcement part that would be worrying to content creators. YouTube is notorious for automating essentially everything and has a very negative reputation for "testing in production" and generally ignoring damage caused by false positives.

In my state, they're required to put legal text that states that winning the flyers wins a chance to win at the real drawing at the dealership. That's enough to keep them out of trouble apparently.
