I've always seen it on reports talking about dangerous cities in the US but even still, nobody expects to see this news about anywhere, even with mass shootings happening relatively frequently. I think there'd still be an element of "surprise" even if it happened in a city more frequently identified with heavy violence, like St. Louis, Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, etc. --- |
