I shook it the night before so I knew it was Lego(SCORE!!!) So that was the first thing I opened.... Forgot about the other presents until it was assembled hours later.Last year I got the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, I think the whole family contributed. It was only delivered mid-January so I wasn't on holiday anymore, so it took me a whole week to build (around 15 hours I guess?). This year we all had a few Lego-related gifts as well; most notably, we bought my brother the huge Millenium Falcon (and since he never has any day off, it's going to take him a good while to build). They got me the Voltron, doesn't look too hard but it's surely going to be a lot of fun! |

Some of these people started calling me "Shrimp", because apparently I reminded them of some guy they used to bully; didn't really care, even started using it as my handle to piss them off. At that time we used to meet at a friend's during our days off for small LAN gaming sessions, and I continued usingvarations of "shrimp" depending on the game we were playing; Colonel Shrimp for RTS's, Brother Shrimp for 40k games... and Darth Shrimp was the name I used when playing Jedi Knight 2. That's also the one I kept using on forums and the like because it was the most "recognizable". |
