Funny I think it was back in March I started doing this and noticed that I was good at explosive, power-based workouts but my endurance was awful. I could only do 18 push ups in a row. Thanks for the info on weight-training gonna adjust my workouts. I'm been fasting for a week to lose weight and focusing on my endurance but i might add in my oils to help out. |

He worked at a gas station by my parents house and was always super friendly. This is absolutely insane What school did you go to? Just asking because i live in the Dayton area also. |
