The title literally refers to Wandas vision of a perfect life, and sets up a potential House of M adaptation further down the line. Dim sum in particular is hard to just run across unless you go looking for it (how hard that is depends on where you live but generally when you want it, you go somewhere that you know will have it). Certain noodle preparation techniques (like the aforementioned beef chow fun) is also exclusive to the real McCoy.
