It wouldnt be a blanket statement that applies to everyone across the board, since there are a bunch of variables that play into it. Maybe you have a longer upper torso than most, so you reach the wall with your head more easily. Maybe you have better than average core strength or balance that allows you to pull yourself up, regardless of the disadvantage.

Im just saying that overall, my guess is that foot length is probably a decent reason as to why most men cant do it and most women can, and I provided my reasoning for it. If you disagree with my reasoning, thats fine too.

Okay so it isnt about men or women it is about people with big or small feet.

Cause I have smaller feet and it was pretty easy.

I dont know. My feet aint huge but they aint small either. I wear a size 11 and half

Proportionately, you probably still have bigger feet than most women. It seems to just be a common trait when comparing men and women.

The average man is 59 (69) tall and the average shoe size is a mens 10.5 (which is 11 long).

The average woman is 54 (64) tall and the average shoe size is a womens 7.5 (which is 9.5 long).

Going off that, the average woman is 92.75% as tall as the average man, but the average womans foot is is 86.36% the size of the average mans foot.

So proportionately, women have smaller feet, which allows them to do this task without needing to lean forward to reach the wall.

Family members or friends/neighbors or whatever are entitled to alert the police if you have gone missing out of the blue and it strikes them as odd. Obviously, in their minds, something might have actually happened to you - you could be ill, abducted, dead, etc. And welfare checks can always be done on you which can lead to a variety of events. But in the end, if everything you're doing is above board, no, you won't be arrested, but you will be sought out. Which in today's world honestly makes it more ideal in my mind to tie up any loose ends in your personal life before changing it up drastically. Preferably over a phone conversation so they know it's actually you. At that point, pretty much regardless of your reasoning, if you're free of commitments, people will have to leave you be.

Pre-internet era, yeah, if you were a guy, then seriously nobody would care at all. It would just be assumed you decided to up and move. Used to be a fairly common thing.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_white_woman_syndrome

This is the definition of a Missing White Woman in the article:

Missing white woman syndrome is a phenomenon noted by social scientists and media commentators of the extensive media coverage, especially in television, of missing person cases involving young, white, upper-middle-class women or girls. The phenomenon is defined as the Western media's undue focus on upper-middle-class white women who disappear, with the disproportionate degree of coverage they receive being compared to cases of missing women of color, women of lower social classes and missing men or boys.

And then one of the notable examples they provide is Princess Diana. No shit she received media attention, she was probably one of the 5 most famous women in the world when she died. She isnt like the other people on the list who were famous entirely due to them going missing...

Men have larger feet, which is requiring them to stand back farther. As a result, the women can typically just bend forward and their head touches the wall (so their bodies form a 90 angle), whereas the men actually need to lean forward to reach the wall (causing their bodies to form an angle greater than 90).

The result is men cant lift themselves back up because their heads pressing against the wall is the only thing stopping them from tipping over, compared to women not needing the wall for balance.

Exercise is a given, but loosely defined.

Start an exercise plan or get a gym membership with a friend. It is incredibly easy to get off track in the beginning, but having a friend be a part of it makes it so you can keep each other accountable.

Also, while cardio is the best way for burning calories and losing weight, throw in some weight training as well. It doesnt need to be anything gigantic. But adding muscle has been shown to help increase metabolism, which will help you with your goals.

Good luck!

I just watched it. Theres nothing offensive in the slightest about it.

Anyone offended by it is making a bunch of baseless assumptions in the first place to reach their goal of moral outrage, such as...

Full Throttle posted...
One person said "The woman is rail thin already and her asshole husband thinks she's still not thin enough?. Nothing says maybe you should lose a few pounds like gifting your already rail thin partner a Peloton".

There is absolutely nothing in the ad that does anything to show that the husband thinks his wife isnt thin enough, or that the woman thinks she needs to lose weight. She looks the exact same at the end of the commercial (when she seemingly achieved her goal) as she did at the beginning.

Overweight people arent the only ones who have goals that are fitness related. If anything, the people getting outraged for this reason seem to have a mindset that only overweight people should have a desire to exercise.

3 hours? Why did you have to travel so far?

It was 3 hours total of commuting each day, so about an hour and a half each way. I live in the suburbs of Chicago, but was summoned to a courtroom in downtown Chicago. I live in Cook County, which extends from Chicago to as far as 30 miles west, which is basically where I am. You can get summoned to I believe 3 courts in Chicago, and one in the suburbs. Problem is that a large majority of the courtroom stuff takes place in the city, so youre much more likely to get summoned to the city.

In good traffic, it would take me about 45-50 minutes to make the drive. During rush hour in the morning and evening, a bit over 90 minutes (which was on the fortunate side - it can take 2+ hours easily).
