Ouch, that 70-66 range hurt.

Also kinda surprised at the Mass Effect character drop order so far. It always seemed to me that Tali was more or less on par with Garrus as the favorite squad mate. Kinda surprised to see her so far below everyone else.

Tali still hasnt made an official contest while Garrus and Wrex have. And Garrus has made a couple, even after Mass Effects drop in pop

Should give some context on Tali even if shes liked

So the theoretical highest number of points a characters could get is 980 if everyone gave a +20 to that character.

Obviously highly unlikely but I'm kinda curious if any characters breaks the 500, 600 or even 700 point barrier

For reference a character would have to get a 10 point average vote from everyone to get 490 points.

Alright um, maybe this is taboo, considering what board this is, but do we really need to post our lists every time there's a new batch of characters announced? It provides nothing to the topic. It would be cool to post at maybe the halfway point, and again when there's 20 left or something, but I absolutely couldn't care less that you gave Chloe 4 points and Goro 7 points and that the rest of your list is still alive.

Im going to assume most people arent looking at most peoples votes outside maybe their friends

Its overall not really helping this topic in terms of content people will actually read

I personally just see it as a way for people to keep the topic bumped without being asked to bump the topic

I remember back during the 2003 contest when this board's entire front page consisted of only topics posted in in the last 10 minutes (during a boring match). I really kinda miss the days of being on this board in 2002-2006.

I thought 2010 was a nice sweet spot where it was decently active but not enough to where you have to b ump topics constantly like the old days nor like these days where the first 50 topics are within 6-8 hours of each other's last posts
