I do not get good sleep unless I induce it with outside sources.... And medication has never worked. The closest thing that worked was ambien, but my brain/body grew completely immune to it in 6 months and no dosage worked after that. I even tripled it once against my doctor's advice. NOTHING HAPPENED. If I get 5 hours, I consider that a full night's sleep. I usually operate on 2-3 hours a night. 4 hours if I'm lucky.
