On more than one occasion, I just see a guy just do pyramids on the squat rack for over an hour. Today there was a couple so both squat racks were taken, and they just pyramided the entire time. I ended up doing some shitty ass step ups instead for my leg workout and left, but do people really need to do that many squats? Does it really help?
