Closest thing that comes to mind is a Fire Chomp. Not very axe like though. But maybe it's one of those things where you confuse the sprite for something else.

You need to play the old school roguelikes like Nethack and ADOM. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is such a ridiculously shallow game in comparison.

Nintendo has already said their E3 showcase will be focused on games coming out this year. So don't hold your breath for Prime 4. God only knows what state Bayonetta 3 is at right now.

Of course since this is Nintendo I wouldn't be surprised if they have some huge game that's coming out in like 3 months that they haven't even hinted at at all.

I'm really pissed. The Workshop has a huge glitch in it preventing me from completing my custom game. Until they update it it's dead in the water.

In 6 matches I had Widowmaker, McCree and Pharah all 6 times. Cool idea but I can't see myself playing it again unless it's expanded because most of the small selection of characters are ones I'm particularly bad with.

The good thing is it's a Workshop game, so you can just change that yourself.

I'm reading up on it now and it's giving me a ton of great ideas. Someone mentioned last night that they wished Overwatch had an Apex Legends-style ping system and I'm visualizing how to do that in the Workshop. It's really cool.

Robin Williams wasn't a fantastic singer, but he could pull off the songs he was given pretty well. It's not in any way comparable to the awful droning Will Smith is doing. There's a clear difference between the one that's actually trying and the one that isn't.

I got the first version on PS4 when it was on sale for 5 bucks and I love it. Presentation is very low-budget, but since it's a card game it doesn't really matter. The game is solid, I really like how smooth and easy the deckbuilding is (the ability to search for related cards and archetypes to ones you're using is a fantastic feature) and since the campaign mode is based on battles from the series (with the decks used based on the ones used in the episodes) if you were a fan of the cartoon there's a lot of nostalgia there.

Every time a game comes out, I keep thinking it'd be cool to get back into it, but I always end up worrying I'll be too swamped by the new mechanics and won't really have fun like I used to. Maybe this time I'll actually do it.

One cool thing about it is that there is a campaign for each of the Yu-Gi-Oh series, and they mostly represent the card game as it was played at that time. So the original series is filled with decks based around the original cards, and as you move on through the newer series the new features will crop up appropriately. So I think it's a great way to catch up since you can be introduced to the new mechanics in portions at a time at your own pace.

The games are really short. It depends on how good of a player you are and how much you're willing to do certain side stuff in the later games, but it's easy to blaze through them even for a first time time player.

Technically Ditto is able to completely transform without its eyes being different but it was a reference to Duplica's Ditto from the anime who couldn't change its eyes/face for some time.

That's kind of something they've retconned. It seems like most Ditto that appear in Pokemon media now have that problem. Google image search "Ditto EX Delta Species".

Thoughts:

- Banbaro is easily a new favorite monster just by looks alone. I agree wish it was on all fours like an actual moose, but whatever.

- I really don't like Piscine Wyverns though, and there's another one... sigh.

- I really hope they buff Sword and Shield now that every weapon can use the Slinger without sheathing.

- LBG being able to reload while dodging is awesome. But I use HBG instead, so I hope that gets something similar.

- That Nergigante PS4 theme is so damn cool but I'm not sure if it's enough to get me to replace the Dragon Quest one unfortunately...
