They had just finished a divorce on that day and got into an argument and Joseph went on a rage where he went into his car and intentionally rammed his car into hers by rear ending her and attempted to RUN HER OFF THE ROAD while she was on the phone with police!! Those two, together with her pleas, should have been enough for the police to legally collect the guns and potentially never allow him to own guns ever again. Dutch laws also make it illegal to show a price before taxes in a way that implies that it is the full price.
