You can attack Nike for their awful working conditions, and rightfully so in my opinion, while still understanding they are allowed to pay whoever they want to push their product. I never said they didn't have the right to decide who they want in their ads, why would you even jump to that? I know they can hire Kaepernick if they want, and I would've too because it's a smart business move that fools people into thinking you're virtuous when you're really not.
