Portland is more emotional than the entire state of Alabama, and that says a lot, Alabama is a haven for Evangelical Christians.

Basically if the entire country had the same mentality and mindset as Portland, here are some things that might happen:

-Anybody as conservative as Center would be shunned by everyone else to the point where it would be very awkward just to say hi to somebody.

-Everybody would feel very restricted and depressed due to the communistic government, which is similar to China's because once 'Real Communism' failed, they had to fall back on the already known kind of Communism

-The country itself would be ashes within two decades.

-The country would be seen as a bigger joke than it already is to the rest of the world.
