I like to go to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 6:30. Would you say that 9:30 is too early of a bedtime for me? If so, what would be a better bedtime?

I've been feeling a bit off this whole week. Monday and this morning, I woke up with the chills and threw up. This morning, I had pretty bad stomach aches. And twice, I woke up in the middle of the night and had to change my underwear because I pooped myself.

Do I have a stomach bug?

Is there such a thing as taking your meds too early? This week, I've been putting my Daytrana patch on and taking my Sertraline and Guanfacine at like midnight instead of my usual 6:00, because I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. Today, I put my patch on, but by 4, I had trouble focusing. I told my mom about this, and she says it's because the meds have already worn off by now.

Could this also be why I've been having trouble sleeping?

Last night, I was wide awake despite waking up at 3:30 and not being able to go back to sleep 2 nights in a row. When I finally fell asleep, I woke up at 1:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. I just can't get sleepy enough to fall asleep these past few nights.
What's wrong with me?

I used to go to bed at 10:30, but last year, I started going to bed at 9:30. Am I just going to bed too early?

I have a bad habit of looking at the clock when I'm in bed, and worry if I'm not asleep in 10-20 minutes. I've tried turning the clock over, but I still look at it. How do I stop?

In a couple of weeks, I'll be going to Tennessee, which has a different time zone than Texas, where I'm from. How do you adjust to sleeping in a new time zone?

For some reason, Fallout 3 won't start after I press Play.

That has the HD 2500 set. That can play Fallout 3 (as long as you really do meet the other "recommended" requirements).

Apparently you can also play GTA 5 with that holy cow.

Which "Intel HD Graphics" specifically? or at a minimum which specific processor do you have?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3240 CPU @ 3.40GHz

What kind of card do you have? I know certain Intel HD onboard cards will work for Fallout 3 (though you might have to suffer framerate drops and lower the settings a little bit).

If you have a desktop consider buying a cheap dedicated GPU.

I wanna play Fallout 3, but I'm not sure if my computer can run it. I used willitrun, and it said everything meets the recommended specs except for video card, and only because I don't have enough dedicated video RAM.

What do I do?
