Id like to add to my post - if God doesnt make mistakes, than any LGBTQ+ persons must be okay (why would they feel and be the way the are otherwise).

I realize I'm kinda splitting hairs by saying this... and in the greater scheme of things because any child abuse, especially sexual, is fucked up so I shouldn't be splitting hairs, but technically, when it comes to other countries, much of child sexual abuse reported internationally, even in countries that have problems with rape, sexual assault etc. commonly known to be a bigger epidemic than in the US, it isn't as commonly reported to be at the hands of a parent or parents. I recall plenty of stories where underage girls have been sold into child marriage and sexual slavery by their parents, which is by no means not atrocious and unacceptable, but the crimes committed by the parents in those cases are more consistent with the crimes committed by the mother in this case than the father. The statistics Gary posted seem to be more along the lines of direct incestuous sexual contact than all-encompassing parental sex crimes, and would exclude instances of parents selling their kids into sexual slavery or being bribed into looking the other way by a wealthy relative or neighbor, which is the sort of crime that is more prevalent in third world regions than in the US, and if included would statistically swing the pendulum back to a degree.

Oh Im on the same page. I genuinely want to know how we compare to other countries as far as sexual abuse within the family goes but I am unable to find any source that presents such stats. And this is excluding crimes such as selling children into slavery or forcing marriage.

I'm not sure how the idea is very surprising. America generally has comparatively higher crime rate than other developed countries. iirc there are even quite a few states that allow schools to give corporal punishment.

After all this time and their countless failures I'm not only surprised they haven't given up, but they haven't been kicked out of Team Rocket either.

Almost every legitimate business they run are extremely successful. That plus the fact they're always dirt poor otherwise means they probably float by by giving all their money to the Team.
Team Rocket actually has it good in the anime. In the games they've been destroyed by Gen 2. Meanwhile in the anime they're still standing after all these gens despite all the other Teams have been destroyed and Giovanni is even implied to be more evil than his game counterpart.
