Nope. Not a fan of comic books since I was a kid. And totally confused by the ludicrous proliferation of commercial superheroes. Even traditional Batman and Superman have lost their appeal.

Aren't you like 70 years old? It's no wonder you're not into superheroes any more. You're too busy learning to dance the Charleston in effort to impress them flapper girls at the sock hop.

Not a great argument. Ignorance does not justify intolerance and prejudice.

People still think being gay is an abomination and unnatural. Does that make it okay for them to call gay people horrible slurs?

You can voice your opinions on the matter all you want, but if a person requests to be referred to as female and you insist on calling them male, that's disrespectful. That's transphobia.

It isnt transphobic to base your views on sex on biology. People dont get to decide what type of science to deny and what to embrace just because some parts of society are changing.

If someone wants to identify as an opposite gender then I think thats totally fine and they should live their life whatever way makes them happiest. But it simply does not make sense to deny biological science and treat anyone that doesnt understand your views without question as a bigot.

I see your point, but respectfully disagree. If you misgender someone accidentally, I could understand. But if you know their preferred gender and you're refusing to acknowledge out of your own prejudice, then you're being transphobic and worse, purposefully hurtful.

Everyone gets to view things on their own terms. If some people get their feelings hurt because some people dont understand them then that is genuinely unfortunate since we should all be good to each other. But that doesnt mean they get to change the way the world defines things or make it ok for them to rally against anyone that sees things differently.

I'm not saying they should change their point of view. You were saying people like that are not transphobic. I'm saying they are. They can be transphobic and say hurtful things all they want. I fully support free speech. But it doesn't mean their speech is not hateful and bigoted.

I wouldnt call that transphobic.

She's most certainly transphobic.

Caitlyn Jenner opposes gay marriage.

*opposed, honey. I've since come around and seen the error of my ways.

https://caitlynjenner.com/2015/09/14/what-ive-learned/

Like many people, there was a time when I didnt realize how important it is for gay couples to have the right to get married. But after hearing from my gay friends and learning more about the hardships they faced because of discrimination, it became clear to me that everyone should be able to marry the person they love.
