You flinch at something fast coming at your face, not out of choice or because you thought you should, but because it is instinctual to do so, automatic, not a thought process. And if not, because you were too complacent, after seeing a predator like a bear, wolf, etc, you would make a spear because your survival instincts would kick in. Millions of years ago, cavemen made spears and other weapons to kill predators and hunt prey. It helped them to survive. What do you think? --- GOML |
