How do we determine what a legal limit is for being stoned?

I have no idea. I've only once used the stuff. But I am sure there could be a way to come up with what would impair someone beyond a safe limit just like there is with alcohol. Though hopefully that solution is found quickly and/or before it, or if, it becomes federally legal.

While I agree with the first part, I can't say I agree with the latter. As a drinker, if my drug of choice is legal and impairs my ability to drive, why should pot not be. The real responsibility lies with the user. Unfortunatly, as already mentioned in this thread a lot of potheads don't think they are imparied when high, and so accidents like this happen.
