Making a little more money, spending like a tenth of what I did on bills, grass actually grows, there is also water, air is breathable, can see stars at night, jobs being thrown at my feet with companies practically begging you to work for them, no hour long traffic riddled commute for a simple 5 mile drive, the mortgage for my 2 story house 4 bedroom 2 bath dual car garage cost less than the 10 square foot triplex apartment rent per month, and it snows here.
