Man. I struggled all week deciding on who to play between Mike Williams, Geronimo Allison, John Brown, Chris Carson, Lamar Miller, and Sony Michel.

Decided to put Miller and Michel in at RB since they played at 1 and Carson was questionable. And if Carson was good to go, I'd just put him in the Flex. Was super pissed at Miller's lack of points until Carson was ruled out so Miller ended up being my 2nd highest scoring RB anyway lol. Went with Allison since Cobb was out. Had Williams in the Flex for the longest time until about an hour before the afternoon games started because I realized I probably wouldn't catch my opponent with Williams as he had Rivers so I flipped him for Brown.

That missed super touchdown would have pretty much sealed it for me but I'm up by 10 with him only having the Denver Defense left to play against KC. I feel pretty good about it but man, I can't believe I ended up hitting on all my decisions today, that never happens to me! So win or lose, I can be at peace with the fact that I set the best possible lineup with the players on my roster.

You don't have anything good enough to snag Thomas based on what you said you have so far.

Oh I'm aware that's probably the case. Just depends on how desperate they are for RBs. Trades are eligible for keepers now as well so there might be more value to those latter round RBs than in a normal league. Depends on how the rest of the year shakes out for that though.

Carson for Fuller is probably a good trade, imo. Granted, I probably wouldn't do it myself since I already have Watkins, Hopkins, and Miller on my team and having the entirety of the Texans offense on my team scares me. I'm probably higher on Fuller than Carson because Watkins has been exclusively targeting him and Hopkins (both have 10+ targets the last two games) and I have no idea how the Seattle backfield is going to shake out till we actually see it.

As far as Green is concerned. Eh. I had him last year and he's actually pretty boom or bust. Like yeah he'll give you huge 20+ point games but he's also prone to disappearing. If it's between Evans and Green though I'm much higher on Evans. That Bucs offense is really good and everyone's getting in on the action.

As for trading now or later I dunno. I'm probably going to try and trade Cook myself but since he plays tonight I can't until next week. There's a lot of teams in my league that need a solid RB and I feel like I have 5 of them at the moment so gonna try and package one or two for another top WR.

Well Cole easily out scored Fitzgerald so that's cool. Literally every receiver on my bench out scored Cole though lol. Geronimo Allison, Mike Williams, and John Brown all did better. Not like it matters since my opponent's team completely crapped the bed. Also glad that the Cowboys Defense I picked up to start over the Chargers (only 1 point difference between the two) didn't end up costing me. Literally every other FA defense I was considering did better than the Cowboys lol

Nice to see Michel get the bulk of the carries in New England even if it didn't translate into much fantasy production. Carson exploded on my bench. Both of those are encouraging as Lamar Miller is completely underwhelming as my #3 RB behind Cook (who was injured this week) and McCaffrey (who's on Bye next week). Nice to see my entire team basically do well (bench is only 20 points behind my starters at the moment) but I feel like I might be playing a guessing game each week on who to play. If OJ Howard could get more looks tonight I'd feel a lot better about moving forward with him as my TE for the year too.

We get to keep 2 players in my keeper league. After you keep them once, they jump 2 rounds in value. I ended up keeping McCaffrey (3rd round) and Cook (4th round). I probably should have kept Tyreek Hill (5th round) though. It would have left me with a rough RB situation probably (especially since I would have likely kept Cook over McCaffrey) but man...Hill/Hopkins would have been a nice combo at WR. And I coulda had him at a 3rd round value next year too...oh well.

I already had Cole starting over Fitz and Michel in the Flex so it's nice to know I'm not entirely crazy for throwing those guys out there this week.

I guess the nice thing about Cook being out is that I can put him in the IR spot and pick up a Defense without having to drop the Chargers (or anyone else since it's a keeper league). They haven't lit it up yet this year but Bosa will be back eventually and their schedule is very favorable going forward. It's just this pesky matchup against the Rams that is awful.

It's only Week 3 and I'm already hating the Fantasy Gods this year. Cook is out and my opponent drafted Murray. Doyle is out and my opponent picked up Ebron. I'm 0-2 so a win would be really nice but it's looking rough right now. Bleh, guess I'll have to hope that McCaffrey explodes for another big game and that Lamar Miller finally score a TD.

Average of like 136 points in my work league...0-2. 3rd highest scoring team both weeks, lost to one of the 2 teams that outscored me both weeks. Brutal.

Super Bowl MVP is definitely the Wildcats kicker regardless of what the game says.

And Hey! 3 Titans from the defense made the Pro Bowl and apparently the defense balled out! Things are looking up in Nashville. And yes, the Titans ownership was impressed with the progress they made so they have extended the GM by another year. They did not like how they ended however so it is yet another 1 year contract for GM MysteriousStan.

I think I preferred VLR to 999 as well. I really liked ZTD when I played it but the more I thought about it the more I disliked the direction they went with some of the plotlines. So ZTD was more of a mixed bag to me as there were things that I did like as well.

As a fellow McCaffrey owner who kept him in a keeper league at a 3rd round value and is regretting keeping him over Tyreek Hill (5th round) right now, I would not trade him for Ajayi. McCaffrey is going to be maddening all year because of Cam. It's gonna be the same story as last year, he'll have big games where he catches a lot of passes and maybe a few touchdowns but his rushing will always be limited. At least you know what you're getting with him, Ajayi who knows if we get last year's Ajayi or Miami Ajayi.
