I finished Pooh this morning while I was on baby duty (the missing page was in Monstro). Then I decided to get as many puppies as I could so I'm up to 69/99.

I beat the Phil Cup solo so I could unlock time trial and got the mini game trophy.

I think I've done everything I'm going to do before going to Hollow Bastion.

Have you gotten all the ones in Monstro? I know in my last play through those ones tripped me up more than once since they blend into the ground

I think so.

Also, lol, I found one in Traverse Town right when I went there. That's one less I need to find.

Keep in mind while they did fix the missables in Halloweentown, if you don't get them the first time you'll have to fight a really difficult enemy to access them again. Not quite a bonus boss, but pretty close. And it respawns...

I just did this! It was annoying, but I beat it.

Also, I went through all the worlds, and minus the ones I'm missing in Hollow's Bastion, I'm missing 2 blue trinities. Another bad look is that they break out the other collectables by world, but not trinities.

I'm going around and getting all the trinity's (other than white because I don't have them yet).

Something came to mind. KH1 reminds me a lot of Dragon Age 2. I like both games, but both really are hurt by their world design.

Gotta admit, in all my years I have never understood what they were going for with that second Oogie Boogie fight. Its easy, boring, and doesnt even seem to make sense with what happened in the first part.

Yeah that didn't make much sense to me either. Lots of thunder was used again.

I'm in Atlantica now which really sucks. This game is a lot of fun, but the world design is balls.

Yeahhh, but fortunately you're past the worst of it now. Deep Jungle and Atlantica piss me off to no end in terms of design though so I can't blame you there.

Big Ursula is also a bit of a dickish fight but it's a lot easier (as are most of the boss battles from here on out) if you have Aero on your quick magic bar, as it mitigates a LOT of the damage from heavier hitters like her. It's a *must* on Proud mode, but it can do wonders on the normal difficulty too (especially since you went +magic).

Yeah, I like Aero but I'm using all of my other magic so much! I swap it out for boss battles typically.

I had fun vs Oogie Boogie. I got tired of his shit and summoned Bambi (lowkey one of the best summons imo) and just spammed thunder until he was dead.

Went back to the Arena to try the Pegasus Cup again (lost vs Leon and Yuffie last time).

As soon as I was able to take out Yuffie, it was fairly simple.

Does Leon get that weird lightsaber in FF8?

Alright, beat Big Ursula on my second try. Mostly let Goofy and Ariel do the damage while I just avoided. Took awhile, but it worked. Got around to her back on the green bar and did some good damage myself there.

I've been playing KH Final Mix as a part of the 1.5 + 2.5 combo on PS4. I have a good setup so I can actually play it a good amount now, so I'm looking forward to pushing through to beating it.

I'm in Atlantica now which really sucks. This game is a lot of fun, but the world design is balls.

Also, I have a +Magic -Attack setup. I'm so proud of my 9 MP because I was watching Shadwife play and she maxed at like 5.

Also, despite the world design sucking, I kill things really good with magic in Atlantica.

Looking for Ursula now, who I know is one of the worst fights.

I see. My theory has been that everyone in the Mason group cannot all be town because it seems broken to have that many host confirmed in this game.

I figured if shad wasn't told you could be recruited that it is possible you are scum and you as scum were told you could so scum could infiltrate the group and "confirm" through it.
