Its literally not. Landlords are required to keep maintenance up on the property and be ready to fix shit when it breaks. Tenants can also be a nightmare who destroy the property. Its not a cake walk.

Yes. Actually, they did. Theyve done it with every Marvel movie dating back to the original Avengers. I think its their way of controlling traffic so that every single subscriber doesnt click on the same movie. Its there for the people who search for it and itll hit the trending page in a day or two for the general audience.

I severely doubt it, especially since shes only 37. I dont know what her backend deals are like, but Firefly couldnt have payed that much up front. Neither could have Terminator. They were both low rated Fox shows. I believe Serenity was made on the cheap and those Arrow/BBT probably didnt pay a lot either.

I dont know. Maybe if she moves to the rural heartlands and those streaming royalties are paying out, then maybe she can get by.

Decent is a matter of opinion. Im assuming your monitor is 1080p. Theres nothing super exciting on Amazon right now. Theres some stuff thats not too bad if you really need a pc. Theres a standard Cyberpower that gets recommended a lot, but the price has gone up and it needs RAM added if youre using it for gaming. Id seriously check the Microcenter website and see if a store is near you. If it is then you struck gold and Id probably just go there.

There are sites like that, most notably Cyberpower PC. But they all have horror stories where people get a bum pc and then get stuck in an endless cycle of returning it for warranty repair. Most likely youll be fine. But I dont recommend them for that reason.

He couldnt. This isnt the comics glove. Its severely nerfed. I dont know why nerds refuse to accept this. Its in the movie. Anytime Thanos leaves an area then reality resets itself. The first time that doesnt happen (the snap) then the glove almost blows itself apart. And that was just destroying something. Arguably creating anything (new reality, more resources) would have blown Thanos hand off and probably failed.

Its not really for OG fans. It drops all of GoLions gothic elements and turns some beloved characters into moronic comedy relief. It also suffers from typical dreamworks problems. If youre an OG fan then youre really going to have to push through some of the shows weaker elements.
