Thanks Doom_Art! I mainly write music for no particular reason. Kitschy Kitchen was for a dating simulator/visual novel game I'm doing music on, but developer wanted something different. Lately I have some indie video game gigs. I did music for 2 horror games. Working on a stealth action game and a dating simulator.

These were all started this year and it's my first official composer gigs even if they are small projects. I'm now looking for new projects all the time. I've been making video game like music for years and it's been my goal for years to work on real games.

It's all on major digital music stores and streaming sites. I sent a submission to pandora and submitting to youtube channels. I posted on social media. I can make the music, but have lousy business skills.

For the last year, I have had jobs that have me driving all around the huge city. I'm literally wanting to do the opposite at this point. I'm tired of the highway and driving.

It's not creepy in a stereotypical way. For me, it feels more lonesome and mysterious which drives the uneasy yet melancholic vibe. The music depicts this so well. It's a very minimalistic tune that weaves in and out with dynamics. It creates an off-kilter yet repetitive vibe. The low poly graphics and midi sounds of the N64 also help the mood.

It does when you live in a massive sprawl and driving starts to wear you down. Only to get to store and move heavy hardware around for few hours and being micromanaged the whole time with reports, logins, etc..

It's being a vendor for a company that involves driving around a massive territory servicing 3 hardware stores a day. Over 15 stores in my territory and lots of physical work. It pays $14 p/h and has some perks like benefits/car allowance. However, it seems it will be stressful. Honestly, I'd rather make $10 p/h working close to home and less stress.

It's no longer just a subgenre of hip-hop. The edm trap scene is already its own thing with its own subgenres like chill trap and hybrid trap. Now the trap rap scene has emo-trap and trap metal.

It just feels weird to call it hip-hop anymore. It's like calling metal music rock n roll or calling house music disco.
