I find these charts helpful for strength standards: https://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards My progress slowed immensely when I hit intermediate for my bench and deadlift. Changing the rep scheme helped, as did changing body weight. Many people hit a big roadblock at intermediate, especially if form is not sacrificed. I would try benching and squatting in a much higher rep range for a little while if you are not progressing in the low rep range workout. It can if you want to make that six figure salary immediately after graduating. Unless it's changed, in the current job market, you need to go to a top 20 law school or be in the top 2 percent of your class to get the six figure job.
