The only small bit of remorse I have for him is knowing he lacks the mental capacity to be a fully functioning adult. I tried my best to treat him well, took him out despite the fact he's completely awkward and can't read social cues, had him to my family's house for Thanksgiving/Christmas, paid for him on weekends, and was a chill roommate. I never once had an issue with him he literally snapped the night I told him to move his stuff out of the bathroom and claimed I was harassing him and called the cops on me. Having some fucking white man call the cops on me in my own house and get hostile unwarranted is zero tolerance. I completely wrote him off after that. Even the landlord didn't wanna deal with him and I coulda swore I heard him screaming at the neighbor when I was cleaning out my room the other day. Hopefully this doesn't get too messy. He has a lot of weird habits, he wasn't keeping himself clean, he was complaining about things that didn't exist, he kept complaining about stuff to the landlord like bugs, made the landlord waste money on an exterminator and there was nothing there all I found out was that he wasn't washing his clothes or doing laundry. He called the cops on me when all I did was ask him to move his stuff in the bathroom so other people could use the tub and he claimed I was harassing him. He said I was harassing him and telling him what to do when I never once raised my voice or even got close to him. That was the last straw for me. The cops told him they weren't coming just cuz we got in a disagreement then he threatened the landlord to call the health department despite the fact that the exterminator cleared the house and he admitted he wasn't washing his clothes or sheets. He's got mental issues. Dude lost his car somehow in the city or got it stolen his mom was the one paying his rent and he's a grown man. He also threatened to fight the other roommate before. | TrollSlayer11 03/29/18 11:36:59 PM #1 | Don't wanna give too many details for legal/privacy purposes but the roommate who got beat up(Jordan) has had warnings for his conduct and was supposed to leave by the end of the month. The landlord was fine with me and the other roommate (Carl) but just wanted Jordan gone for his antics and behavior but said if Carl didn't get him out that she was gonna kick out everyone. Basically she blamed Carl for Jordan being an issue in the first place cuz Carl is the main one on the lease. I'm also on the lease but Carl was there first and I'm on a month to month agreement anyway, plus I told them I was moving soon for work regardless. So Jordan basically made the landlord hate all of us and ruined our entire lease and refused to listen or obey anything when we had no issues for 4 years until he moved in. The landlord wanted him out as did we so we served him his notice but he refused to sign and seems prepared to fight a legal battle. His conduct the last two months has been annoying and he threatened my other roommate to fight before. So the fight started cuz Carl asked him to move something and he cussed him out and refused and started recording him with a camera. So Carl slapped the camera out of his hand. Jordan then swings on Carl and Carl beats his ass and calls me about it. I had already decided to move months ago and I moved all my stuff out to move closer to work so I'm not really affected but now Carl, who has been on the lease there for 6+ years will have to give the place up cuz of this. Basically Jordan ruined the entire living situation for everyone involved and is a fucking dumbass. All those years of living there and now the place is going to be given up. I had already decided to move due to work but I feel bad for Carl cuz he wanted to keep the place. I'm not affected really cuz I'm done moving but now he has to give the place up cuz Jordan basically was an idiotic moron who made the landlord hate us and then refused to leave when given his eviction notice. I might also have to go to court to testify but like I said I'm somewhat unaffected cuz I had already decided to move months ago and I'm already in my new place. Fucking shitty.
