Wait, is that the lesson we learned from 2016? Superdelegates at the RNC would have STOPPED Trump

No they wouldn't have.

Do you REALLY think they'd go against Trump, and risk him running 3rd party?

As a teacher, I call students whatever they ask me to as long as it's not against school policy. (No profanity for example)

One student once insisted on being called "The Oncoming Storm" He was a fun student.

If a student asks to be called something, and you don't call them that because they're transgender, that would be discriminatory.

There is no female equivalent to "Uncle Tom" but I would propose "Aunt Josephine" after anti-suffragette Josephine Dodge.

Oh, and let's not forget connectivity issues.

Let's say you have 2 or 3 kids. (Some people have 4 or 5, but we'll stick with 2 or 3). If your internet speed is like mine, 1.2 mbps, you're going to have a lot of trouble streaming. (And I live in a suburban area)

You also miss out on having a lot of classes like Band, Choir, Drama, and Tech Drama, and many of the practical effects of being in class together. (I know in high school, our drama class had us doing skits regularly.) Yes, some districts already had to eliminate those. But that doesn't mean other districts should have to.

This is a terrible idea.

You limit classroom discussion and debate, not to mention social skills, and networking. I can't imagine not being able to ask a student in class a question to see if they're getting the information before I test them (every student learns differently after all). And then you have the fact that you can't answer a student's question right away either. It'd all be done by email, which might be hours later. Not to mention out goes tests that aren't open book unless you require all tests to be proctored.
