I already know who I'm picking for the position, but company policy says I have to interview at least 3 people. This one dude that I manage applied for the position. He one of those wannabe manager "nice guys". He has been trying to be a suckup for months, sending emails that are pointless, but he is trying to be helpful. When he does not get the position, he is going to be pissed. Yeah he's one of those guys. Well wish me luck during those bogus interview... --- The n00b of MBH and CE - and proud of it! Then when I go for it, she isn't interested. She just wants to be friends. And no I don't mean the occasional sex. I mean completely platonic friends. They always say the same thing "I'm fine with being friends, I have tons of them". Yeah that makes me feel important. Ughhhh I'm frustrated because I'm very respectful towards women and it gets me nowhere. I see guys on the street act like aholes to girls and they get more than me. Well, I tried that theory out. Doesn't matter that the actual person that made the mistakes is no longer with the company, let's blame it on someone else instead, even if they had nothing to do with it.
