And after inspection of the video, the dude who pushed him was way out of line. I get that his girlfriend was being yelled at, okay. But, A - the man was a good distance from the drivers side door. Not all up in a womans face like some people word it B - The guy comes out, and makes a straight beeline without stopping and immediately resorts to violence by shoving him when hes just yelling. Like, use your words dude. Seems like that dude is plenty experienced in jumping straight to vuolence when its not necessary. Also the dude is 48 and your 25, and the older guy wasnt physically threatening at all. C - He definitely LOOKS like hes going to do more then just push him. Watch the video, look at the way he hunches his shoulders, pulls up his pants, and takes a step forward. His whole demeanor looks threatening. Now thats where im conflicted. I did watch the video, and yeah, He pulled the gun out and the guy did back off. He should not have shot him. I think he could have learned a lesson on being a violent prick, tbh, and being a dick by taking a handicapped space. But do i feel terribly sorry for the victim? Not really. He escalated that situation immediately. --- |

The gun was excessive but he was unfortunately in his rights to pull out that gun. ^this. All i read was: asshole parks in a handicapped space, another person (possibly handicapped person i assume?) Confronts the woman in the car about it. Asshole comes out aggresive as fuck and slams this guy into the ground (not a "push") and was getting ready to do more, and got shot. Fair, next. --- |

| Cads_4370 06/06/18 11:49:55 PM #1 | Its a sad day for me. I enjoy a lot of fighting games and yugioh as well, on XBL. This means I often encounter ragequitters on a very regular basis. Today I learned it's not okay to call these players lil punk ass bitches anymore ;~; got a two week ban from communications. I guess the little bitch babies couldn't take my offensive language and reported me enough. V_V But lol it's not that big a deal, really. I'll just use my other account. I just found it funny that quitting early, throwing games, boosting on Smurf accounts, etc is all okay but the second you call too many people a "bitch" whoooah now that's too much. Ps I know Xbox live is a joke but I've been on it since I was a wee little one and it's almost sentimental to me at this point. --- |
