No it isn't, not by any reasonable interpretation.

A large number of people are basically coerced into a plea, mostly people that don't have enough money to defend themself, pay bonds, etc. They're forced to plea just to move on with their life.

It's been proven that a large percentage of pleas are given by people who may not have committed a crime.

It's stupid more than it is criminal. That's what makes me hesitate.

I was 17 back during 9/11 and I was extremely immature at that age. I made some really dumb comments on message boards back then that probably would have gotten me arrested if they were made today.

So idk, I remember what it felt like to be as immature as that guy. It's hard to say, man. He did make a threat, but at the same time it's extremely unlikely that it was serious. He probably just wanted attention. Ruining is entire life over it... I mean, idk maybe the prosecutor who's pushing for this knows something we don't that made his threat more serious than it appeared?

Well she just recently attempted to rig the Presidential election in favour of herself and we have proof of that. It almost worked, even.

Illegal seizures of massive amounts of power sounds pretty dangerous. She may or may not try it again.
