Chris likely gains some sort of perk or buff or...something for not posting more than once in the day. No telling if it favors town or scum to let him have it, but I don't think there is any way in hell chris would do this "to be inactive and not killed by scum". There must be something more to it.

I feel like the difficulty should be all downhill from here. Also I picked up a decent amount of stuff, so that should help.

I kind of appreciate the scaling of the older worlds to appropriate exp/difficulty. Keeps revisits from being completely trivial.

This behemoth thing(Thats what the internet says it was) may have been the easiest boss in the game so far(ok a lie, but close). He was like Cave of Wonders-lite.

I think he tried to knock me off his head and only did it twice, except once he put his weak point right in front of my face and proceeded to die even harder.

Took a detour to go beat Herc and then hunted down every single trinity(Which also finished out my dalmatians).

So I killed him but I'm not really sure how. It looked like he still had about 20-30% of his green health left. Deflected one of his beam things and then hit him once and he died. Didn't think deflecting those at him actually did damage and I don't recall hitting that hard. So I'm not entirely sure where his health went or if he dies early or what.

At the very least, I had gotten it down to where I could dodge or parry all his attacks 95% of the time or so.

I'm honestly just not sure how to hit him between his little flying dash ability. Cant target him, he lands, he does a couple attacks and then is gone flying before I can even get to him.

If you have block and counter on that works wonders. Glide over the dark aura move (where he moves around fast) or Dodge roll, don't be too close when he does the finisher and make your opportunities.

i dont have counterattack and i feel like i chose poorly.

my problem is he gets to green health and I stop being able to hit him.

By the time hes finished dashing around the room by the time I target him it seems like hes doing it again.

I beat Ursula. To say I had a real working strategy would be a straight up lie. I tried a lot of things.

What ended up working was pure cowardice more than anything. I basically let Donald and Ariel beat up on her because Sora going in just seemed to result in horrible lightning death. I did get some attacks in during periods I knew would be safe(After she spit a big laser or did the suck in thing seemed safe enough), but mostly just stayed out because going in drained Donald's mana too quickly.

I tried all combinations of party, Goofy seemed incapable of doing anything, so he got the boot.

Cave of Wonders fight is legit pretty tough though. It can be very finicky so I don't blame you.

I was honestly completely unsure if I was doing that fight correctly at all. I found some really funky methods to climb up on his face.

This game is actually significantly more difficult than I was anticipating. To the point I'm pretty sure I am may be doing something fundamentally wrong.

Or there was just a spike in difficulty at Agrabah or something. Cave of Wonders couldn't actually kill me, but the fight took...forever. To say the least.

I am marathoning my way through this game pretty hard right now. I have enjoyed what I've played thus far for the most part.

I have watched people play through bits of 1 and 2 but never in their entirety. They have been owned and in my backlog for a very long time.

Black Panther benefitted from a very soft box office release schedule at the time. It had no competition on really any big demographic.

No competition and good word of mouth are a great recipe for success.

If someone has seen the Guardians movies and the Iron Man movies and thinks "well, there's a lot of people I don't know in Infinity War... I guess I shouldn't go see it", that's a failure for the movie. Instead, the movies are made so you can just watch them all individually and enjoy them. People who have seen everything else appreciate them MORE, but it's not a requirement. It doesn't matter if you saw Ant Man before Civil War. He's just a guy that shows up and is pretty funny. Everyone gets it. Just because he has his own movie doesn't mean you have to see it. He literally doesn't matter.

Not needing to have seen all the movies is actually something very subtle but actually done very well in Infinity War. Most of the characters have introductions and background information seamlessly woven into the narrative and dialogue. People who havent seen some of the movies will almost immediately know what most of these characters are about. But at the same time, the dialogue isn't hammered in or forced to the point that someone that has seen all the movies might not even realize an introduction just happened(Star Lord and Thor aren't debating backstories just to be funny, it served a narrative purpose).

Also people have somehow turned on Star Wars as an outlet to express racism/sexism despite the real problems with The Last Jedi having nothing to do with those two issues(Bad storytelling is bad storytelling, race and gender has literally nothing to do with that).

Also I'm currently in the pretty large group of people that hasn't seen Solo.

There just isn't much of a pressing need to see what happened to a young Han Solo and its been surrounded by more interesting, probably better movies.

The problem is Marvel doesn't do spin-offs. Every movie connects, so people are more likely to not want to miss them. A spin-off that has nothing to do with the next mainline movie is much more skippable, and it came out around movies people chose to see over it.

Connection helps, but the Marvel movies all manage different tones and genres. You get a vastly different experience seeing say Guardians of the Galaxy vs Captain America.

Rogue One did a good job of seeming "different" to the trilogies but I think "Solo" doesn't sit far enough away for people to see it as something different enough for them to care about(They know how the story ends and such)

i dont know why they didnt continue with the yearly release of trilogy-side move-trilogy.

Releasing Solo so soon(Particularly with all the negative press they let out about it) basically doomed the movie.

But Solo definitely poisoned the waters for future Star Wars spinoffs, so this is not particularly surprising.

PC or console?

PC version was significantly more difficult while console had the combat system watered down.
