Also can't forget that SNES one where you had the Doom like indoor sections that were impossible to navigate.

All that game needed was a save feature and maybe a couple little tweaks and it would have been a great game.

The holodeck was an interesting idea that was mostly used poorly. I get that it gave them the option to tell stories in a different setting, often something not so much about science fiction, but most people tuning in to see Star Trek want to see science fiction. And the holodeck malfunction story quickly became one of their most overused cliches.

Yeah, Gennaro is awesome in the book and they made him such a lameass in the movie

I read the book before I saw the movie, so it really stood out to me how much they changed his character. He's s major viewpoint character in the book, and in the movie he's a one dimensional joke.

yes, most of the designs look nothing like the comics.
Even the 2012 series although terrible had something with the comics at least the newer seies
this one was done to sell toys and it really has nothing in common. Raph is now the leader for example and is a brick house

I wasn't a huge fan of the 2003 or 2012 shows, but they at least seemed like they had some understanding of and respect for the source material. This new show looks like generic cartoon garbage. But I guess there's money to be made.
