Uber keeps slashing what you get paid while Lyft pays way better but because way less people use it you generally go farther out of your way to pick people up. You can most certainly make a decent living doing either, as I did for months while I was between jobs. You just have to be smart about how you do it. Like knowing where people will frequent and want rides, know when surge will be active and milk it for all it's worth and I cannot stress this enough, do NOT drive around endlessly and aimlessly that's how you waste gas and lose alot of money --- |
