Really fun game that was a completely new experience at the time when it was released. Especially when it seemed like Resident Evil was on the downswing at the time. If you played it after maybe 2010 or so for the first time the graphics/controls probably seemed a bit crappy since other games took the originals and made them a bit more refined. Probably gets too much hate present day because of Capcom and people trying to knock it down a peg because it's popular. I'd give it an 8.5/10 tbh.

6 or 7 years ago I'd buy this day 1 no questions asked. I have zero faith in any company not named CDPR to not try and utterly fuck me over for more money. I'm super left leaning but I can't help but feel like it's almost futile to try and rehabilitate some of these people's beliefs on what it means to treat everybody with respect and not act like a feral animal, especially if you're like 30+ years old and your worldview is so small and warped to start out with. I'd rather invest these resources into actual children like <5 years old who can be taught o be decent people so much easier than somebody whose beliefs already have roots. idk what the answer is but this certainly was a big fuck up imo.
