Some people treat other people who disagree with them as inferiors. This matters because many of these people are celebrities or have influential positions and their words and opinions are heard by and matter to a lot of people.

But this is why I was taught not to fuck with people. We all expect people to act a certain way and be reasonable. Some people dont act reasonable.

They could be having a bad day. A loved one passed away, broke up with a significant other, or lose a job etc. And then something that is harmless turns sour. Doesnt excuse the behavior but even reasonable people can be set off when the straw that breaks the camels back is broken.

I did dumb shit as a kid. And I got yelled at by adults because of it. And I usually didnt do it again. Thats how its suppose to work. Violence crosses a line though. And the kids paid a heavy price....

So for an update things have been going pretty good except her dog, a border collie, has started having strokes and seizures. I have the unfortunate burden of watching her whenever my ex is working and recently her health has been going downhill quite rapidly.

My ex wants to have all these expensive tests done to try and figure out whats wrong with Jackie but with her being close to 12 I've been trying to talk her out of it since she'll just be wasting money on a broken dog. If she wants one i'll take her down to the local Humane Society and get her a new one for $75.

Very true. Also Poker is playing against other players instead of the house. There is a different high and skill involved. Also in holdum you can actively not bet unless youre a blind.

I could see people being addicted to it but its pretty specific compared to craps, roulette, blackjack and the grand daddy of them all Slots. All of those you can just dump money into.

Never said I didn't like it, you can like poorly written movies, I'm just calling out the writing for what it is and how this movie has less emotional depth than some of the previous movies. I felt more emotions in Avengers 1 when Tony almost got stuck in the invaders space.

It lacks emotional depth only to you. I felt and many other people did as well when Spider-Man vanished and how Tony reacted. Thanos also had emotional depth due to his motivations and backstory. Making him believe he is right.

So I dont get why you have to come in and dump on the shiny new thing. Whats the point? Did you think people would agree with you?

If you didnt like it fine. But know you will be in the minority. This isnt The Last Jedi all over again. Most people will like it.

Its more bad writing outside of the Sentry (which one could also say is bad writing)

Cause there is a lot more plot armor in the comics sometimes.

Its also the difference in medium. They can show the power easier and cheaper in the comics. Plus it wouldnt be as exciting if the Hulk or Thor soloed everyone.
