If you get hit by the purple or blue clouds then it's much harder to avoid him, to the point you might as well consider getting hit by the clouds as good as losing a Kong, although it's still possible to make it through safely if you're lucky. Just because it was on an emulator doesn't mean the record is not legit. Don't see why this had to be disputed.

Because on an emulator you can use save states and other tricks that can be used to cheat a record. While it can't easily be proven that he did cheat to get records, the fact that he blatantly lied about using an actual machine is telling. It is possible to submit runs using emulators, but the verification is much stricter that just sending in a video tape.

Yokai Watch 4 coming to Switch this summer.
