Here is my sak yant tattoo. The main part of the forearm is a protection yant with Hanuman. The tiger I got just before my first Muay Thai fight and it's supposed to give you strength. The top part is Rahu, a Hindu/Buddhist God that's for good luck amongst some other things. This was all done by 3 different monks using bamboo and the tap method of tattooing.

A lot of Thais and the monks believe that the tattoos have magical powers if you recite the mantra over and over (apparently thousands of times per day for years). The Hanuman is supposed to make my body impervious to guns and other weapons, I'm not willing to test that theory out.

And surprisingly, these are some of the least painful tattoos you can get and heal in under 24 hours unlike 2+ weeks with machine tattoos. I feel asleep when he was doing Hanuman.

I've been thinking of getting one for the longest but I don't know of what and they tend to cost a lot.

I'm going to spend it with my wife. I'll probably cook her something delicious to eat and then watch a movie together.

That woman needs to get her trashy, archaic ass out of California. She should go to Alabama or Kentucky, where here business will prosper.

It's not bad depending on where you get it. I've sat for 7 hours straight once. Worst tattoo I got was my right bicep, I won it and was leaving the island so I ended up doing it in back to back 5 hour sessions. Now that's a terrible idea, day 2 was some of the worst pain I've experienced because the skin was already all inflamed from the day before.

Other than that, the only place that has hurt is the inside of my wrists and the top of my left hand.

The artist who did the water colour tattoo above is going to be repairing this for me. Artist made some mistakes and I also got badly sunburned on the arm a few weeks after I got the tattoo and it's washed out the colour. He's going to redo most of it while also adding his style to blend all 3 tattoos on that arm together.

I have 10 or so starting to lose track.
