I realize that this is the shitty talking point used by people trying to defend or deflect attention away from the actions of people who actually are adamantly anti-gay as opposed to those who "evolved" on the position, as they say. Being a gay man myself, my stance is that it's always better late than never, and I have older family members who also took a while to come to terms with it. Being slow to come around on an issue is different than picking one of the most radically anti-gay politicians in the nation as a running mate, a man that Trump himself has admitted would have gay people hanged if he had his way.

Late on marriage equality support vs. attempting unnecessary ban on trans people in military and picking a VP who he claims wants to exterminate gays. HMMM. Which is worse? Oh, how could anyone ever tell when they're so close? "Same thing, both sides," right?

You do realize Hillary is just as big of a "bully" as trump is? She laughed about getting a rapist off on charges.

Don't even. She wasn't my first choice, but just because my first choice wasn't an option doesn't mean that I'll pick the shit sandwich when given the choice between that and grilled cheese. You are trying to absolve people who support an authoritarian candidate with literally no political experience, and the result is unprecedented corruption (which is saying a lot in this country), a potential international incident at any time because he doesn't know how to put his toys down and stop trolling on Twitter, and putting Wall Street fat cats in his administration after bitching about Hillary giving a speech to those kinds of people.

Hillary Clinton, even taking her worst faults into consideration, did not have any baggage even remotely comparable to this.

It's interesting that the far right is doing a 180 against bullying now that they can use it as a narrative to attack gay people. It's not going to last, of course. Once the narrative is no longer useful, it's back to praising bullying and voting bullies into positions of power (like the orange clown.)

And in a situation where bullying didn't really take place, no less. Lots of drama and trolling on both sides, but that's social media for you. She could have turned off her computer, blocked people, etc., but she had much bigger problems than what some people on Twitter were saying to her.

This guy would have been all about harassing her to no end if she said even one comment about female empowerment, but since she said something that could be taken as a dig against gay people, he's suddenly on her side. Fuck him and everyone like him.

She didn't deserve to die, yet she made that choice and there was more going on than this particular situation if she was going to go that far. It's a shame that she didn't get the help she needed, and I'm not talking about on her opinions, I'm talking about psychological help for her suicidal tendencies.

That wasn't years after. Deathly Hallows was published in July 2007 and she confirmed his sexuality in October of that year. It's on the same level of Grindelwald working with the nazis; the book doesn't outright say he does, but heavily implies it in the same way it implies his romantic relationship with Dumbledore that took a turn for the worse.

It will be. You cannot have 3 heavy populated cities make the rules for everyone. That is not fair whatsoever. What would even be the point of elections or local governments? Since everything would be democrat bullshit. Life is lived completely different in a city than not.

What isn't fair is when a candidate wins by three million votes and the loser still takes the presidency.
