Both of their stories are consistent that didnt happen that night, so how could it have been consensual? So thats at least one lie in his story right there. Also curious as to your opinions about why Lea would lie about this given that when she originally outed him it was on her private Facebook account. Like the only reason it even got out was because someone screenshotted the image, if she really wanted it to get out or for word to spread wouldnt she have done it on a public forum like Twitter? Why lie about it in a private convo? If you dont want to jump to conclusions befoee it gets confirmed then fair enough, thats your call. Im just saying Tyler seems incredibly scetchy and there are plenty of holes in story without even looking very hard, so it shouldnt really come as a surprise for people to believe the allegations. --- Not today |

The woman was drunk and vomiting in the show, and Tyler went in after her completely naked. She then told him to leave. Seems fairly obvious he wanted to take advantage of her while she was drunk. Yet when being interviewed the other day by Patrick Klepek, he claims it was completely harmonious and consensual? We know that she told him to leave, both of their stories are consistent that he did after this, as both stories agreed that nothing else happened that night. So obviously it was not as harmonious as Tyler claims. One of them is lying, again seems pretty clear to me that its probably him. Particularly given that Lea didnt even out him publicly, she did it in a private Facebook conversation. Why exactly would she lie in this context? --- Not today |

Its pretty clear that hes guilty, you only have to look at the ridiculous excuses in that message he sent to the NeoGAF moderators.
