So, Chip Cheezum, the guy responsible for the ridiculously thorough Metal Gear LPs was laid off from video production for Volition today. People are trying to get him to apply for the Giant Bomb job.

Why would this get an extensive overhaul and not something with more potential that Capcom has complete control over (Street Fighter?). I don't see any indication that Capcom will do anything other than stay the course.

Why isn't Mega Man's Smash victory theme the stage clear jingle literally everyone knows and associates with the series?

I wonder if they'll intentionally do a complete repackage of the game in a year with all DLC and a lot of graphical improvements? I think they kinda have to to make the game viable at this point, but I have no idea if that would even work.

Huh, Doctor Strange's attacks look a LOT better in this game than 3. I'm surprised that can be said about anything in this game.

I think what confuses me most about this game is that there's a perfectly good screen transition in the mission mode. Why not just use that for everything? It beats the really jarring transitionless cuts they currently have.

The fact that it's 2 Capcom and 4 Marvel (unless it's Saturday Night Slam Masters Black Widow, which would probably cause people to implode with rage), people are speculating that it was a last minute switch to counter the very-few-female-characters complaint.
