Eh, just about everything. I have two iOS devices and one Android tablet.

Everything else I network with is some variant of PC hardware so I can run a regular browser with an adblock extension that prevents YouTube ads from showing up.

I think it was a good idea, BUT I do hate the fact that they removed the feature on the app where you could turn off the screen and still have the video play in the background. They removed it from the regular youtube app (which had it before Red became live) and added it to youtube red as an extra feature. So now, if you don't have Red, if you close the screen, the video pauses.

Yeah, I noticed my videos started doing that after I subscribed.

Paywalling, ouch.

I remember when that was more common but now there are more unskippable ads (including 30 second movie trailer spots) and what's more annoying is when ads barge in during longer videos with no sense of timing, which is jarring (at least these tend to be skippable in my experience).

Meanwhile Undertale always offers a way to stop (to a point, which when crossed means you made your bed and have to live with it, which is fine when you look back on the path that brought you to that point because you never accepted the way out). All I remember is Qui-Gon saying that The Force surrounds and binds life together and that midicholorians enabled lifeforms to interact with it once they were made aware of the presence of them. The more you have, the more you can channel (with the correlating ability being a matter of practice and improving efficiency; hence why Yoda can lift an X-Wing from a mire with little exertion even at his advanced age but it takes Luke some time to reach such a level as his control of his channeling abilities is weak at that stage, wasting energy and physical resolve in trying to make it happen instead of using it as an extension of himself). As I recall there is still a separation of what The Force is to what is required to interact with it (not that The Force IS midichlorians, that would be utter b/s).

Being someone who came into the franchise late, this never bugged me.

All it's doing is putting something in between the person and the space magic. They never claimed to understand what The Force itself is, just that it has a way of communing with sentient beings through an organic structure that is in tune with it, which said beings then channeled in order to better themselves.

The Force could be some extra-dimensional entity that exists far outside any known plane of existence, who can say? There's still plenty of mystery there. Midichlorians only establish that those who use The Force know there is a conduit within themselves through which it flows.

For the record I apply this theory to magic in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic as well.
