Also, what did people think of Holdo? Because I thought that plotline was... pretty bad.

I was expecting her to have some super good reason to keep Poe in the dark, or turn out to be a traitor that was deliberately sabotaging the Resistance's escape but... nope. She just decided to be vague about their plans for no reason, which ends up being the correct thing to do since Poe's plan is not only pointless, but actively causes more harm than anything, and the whole mutiny he raises is shrugged off in a ridiculously lightly manner. While I can appreciate how it was kind of subversive in how things don't go how you might expect, most everything about that plotline bothered me.

I actively disliked all the casino scenes and would honestly prefer the film without them.

I actually really liked those scenes, but I found it so weird that we had basically a sidequest when the main plot was about the Resistance being unable to escape. It was very unusual to include something like that, scriptwise.

Also, what the hell was up with that plotline with the stuttering thief guy? It was pretty random and pointless in the overall scheme of things.

Actually, many parts of this movie felt like a Shaggy Dog Story. I mean, it was entertaining, and hopefully can be built into something in the next movie, but kind was just meaningless in the movie proper.

That entire last hour seemed excessive, though it was worth it for Luke.

Kylo still kind of bugs me, but the scene of him killing Snoke was an absolute highlight. (Yes I'm spoiling that in a spoiler topic because... jeez).

One thing I wonder is if using a kamikaze hyperspace jump is so destructive why isn't it used more often? The positives have to outweigh the negatives.

The joycons in the holder are fine. Slightly smaller than a normal controller, but works fine to play games.

The Pro Controller is pretty unnecessary, unless you just REALLY need the slightly better grip.
