Oh no not the murders. That shit was confirmed in biblical times. I mean, were we always unmotivated to do anything to stop senseless violence like this? Because I have no reason to believe that the people in charge will care about this in about a week. Unless it's for political gain of course.

And with our outrage culture people will get distracted with another trivial event rather than focus on actual serious ones. Then again, I suppose even sensible people can't do much.

I mean, what can the common man like you or I do? Thoughts and prayers? Okay. Sure. Donate to the families? Great. But that's less "looking for a solution" and more "consoling the grieving friends and family". Which is a good thing, don't get me wrong, but there's never an "What next".

We like to try to find the motive. Find out the reason someone did this. ...And unfortunately a lot of idiots like to try to link them to a group of people they dislike for... I don't know, "points"?

But sometimes there is no reason. No motive. Just because.

Of course the other issue is that the aftermath of this will be nothing but talk. This happens all the time in America. We're the only 1st world country in which this shit happens all the time. Until we get serious about finding an answer, until we get serious about actually working towards a solution... it's going to remain that way.

Holy shit round 6. Round 6.

Armor Emblem + TA Raven Nino.

Nino was no problem, black knight easily tanked her alongside with weakening Hector. But Amelia. That fucking armor march pushed me in a corner. Hector fell behind thankfully, but she and the Black Knight had me trapped. I couldn't kill Amelia in one round with Nino, and having her danced would just mean the Black Knight would finish her off. So I had to do something utterly terrifying.

I had to have Nino tank a hit. From an axe. I realized it when I looked at the damage the BK would do to her. He would double her(Quick Riposte), but he couldn't one shot her. So I had to block Azura off(-Spd rears its ugly head) with a little girl.

Nino gets knocked down to 2 hp(Fury takes one more), but it was what I needed to kill both of them off the next round. Literally saved because I told a little girl to take an axe to the face. IS please put ice cream in the game so I can give it to her. XD

Round 7 wasn't quite as hectic, but it was Armor Emblem, and I have to say it's a whole nother monster. The map had more breathing room than the last(The oasis map) so it wasn't as difficult.

So unless something crazy happens, I think this may be my first trip into Tier 20. Man....

I gave my Azure a 300 SP AoE skill because I heard that raises BST a little bit. But mine didn't change. She has the same rating she did when she had Luna(which is only 200 SP).

Personally speaking? I prefer the latter since the sheer quantity of cavalry teams at a certain bst range is just staggering. Like every other Advance match you face will be Horse Emblem(Full Horse, or Bait + 3 Horses.

Having to play "Split up the Reinhardt/Bow Lyn" every 10 matches beats playing it every other damned match.

Yeah I think it's probably best if I save my orbs for now. Just the excitement of getting something good right away was getting to me for a moment there.

Apparently my Azura is +Att -Spd. The bane is unfortunate, but at least the boon will help her out on occasion.

Training her up.... she really doesn't take physical hits well, even neutral ones. Passable res though, so TA should really help her tank those Reinhardts. Granted dancers(Well singer in her case) should mostly avoid battle....

I'm actually a bit happy Fir is one of the heroes. A long while back, I actually pulled a 5* Fir on her banner. This gives me an excuse to use her for a bit(I also used her as bait once for a defense win).

Fresh outta 4* Sullys so she's going to be slightly more annoying to level. Thankfully Warriors maps will make leveling her far less painful that it would normally be.

So um....it's not a Halloween banner guys.

It's Dancer Emblem.

The two teased units were as expected. Though Azura is an axe unit(And annoying, there's two greens on this banner).

The other two units are Olivia in a black dress(Colorless though so good luck with that)

And the other unit is her boy Inigo.

So we now have two green dancers(Nils when IS?), we have a colorless one. And THREE danged dancers.

Additionally, all of these units give stats when dancing.

I'm not sure how to feel about this banner. I don't need a dancer in particular.

But Azura in her Nohrian outfit is something I need in my life.

I wouldn't even mind Inigo blocking me unlike a certain brother of Elise.... but uggh, pulling green on a seasonal banner so soon.

It's funny that I actually mostly skipped the first two days of TT. Well I got 3/4 bonus runs from those two days at least. Just a little distracted because of some other games I suppose.

The seals quests are pretty meh, but I think I was only missing the Speed 1 seal anyway(got that from the last repeat). The Panic Ploy seal from TT is pretty neat though. Not totally sure who I'm going to put that on though when the time comes.

Mahiru also died before I got to know her. The only difference is that she wasn't as interesting to me, and she was rather bossy. Not to mention slightly um... "insensitive" with the implications that guys shouldn't be scared of anything. Though I do think it's sad that she died, especially so soon. She didn't seem like a bad person. Just a disagreeable one. Amusingly enough, she got along well with Hiyoko of all people. And I believe she even stuck up for Fuyuhiko once?

I feel like there's a lot more to her character than I ever found out. Perhaps I just have to lookup her freetime conversations(Actually I should do that for everyone)

And finally Akane.

What did this character do again? I mean she was fanservice, but so was Mikan and she actually did things to help up until she died. Hell Chiaki gave a fansevice moment and she was the most helpful character in the game. She nearly got Nekomaru killed by her recklessness. Then proceeds to do the same mistake again. The food gimmick also wore thin pretty quick.

Her backstory(From what I've learned) is rather concerning though. Apparently her uncle hired her as a waitress.... but she was told to wear no panties. That's damn creepy, and some of the more sexually charged comments she makes can show up in a far darker light. I didn't learn all of it, but it sounds pretty fucked up.

But yeah, besides for a moment or two in the later chapters, it seems like she was just there.

Mikan > Chiaki > Ibuki = Sonia > Hiyoko > Peko > Mahiru > Akane


Mikan. Yes yes, I expect to get mocked for putting "Mikan >" by itself, but I seriously liked her character. I've said most of what I wanted to say about her in the opening post. Her "Despair Mode" was more than just a one off thing in hindsight. The "Remembering Disease", little did I know that would hint at the twist of this story. A shame she's just a number to "her". Of course Mikan could have exposed Chiaki then and there but she choose not to. Likely out of not caring.

Chiaki was always a likable girl. She was somewhat suspicious because of her connection with Monomi(who was also suspicious), and she gave me Kyoko vibes with her cool and calculated nature in the trials. Like she sort of already knew the answer, and was just waiting for you to figure it out. Of course it turned out that she was actually the traitor. Except more so an observer. Which explains why she knew more than she let on, but she couldn't just outright TELL you the answer you were looking for. Just nudge you along. It was really sad when she sacrificed herself in Chapter 5 so the others could live. Even though she was the "traitor". Even though she was going against her orders essentially.

All of this emotion from an "NPC". But she was really more than that, wasn't she?

And I seriously thought Monomi was working with Monokuma, but she turned out to be legit all along. She also has a surprisingly catchy music theme.

Ibuki was a cheerful, adorable girl who I still legit can't imagine being a despair. Any scene she was in was instantly improved by her presence, and up until the final chapters she was easily my second favorite girl. Just a shame I didn't learn a little more about her. Ah well. Good nom nom noming!

Sonia is more or less tied with Ibuki in my opinion. She gave off the perfect aura of being a princess, but she also showed less serious sides to her. She was royalty, but she was approachable. She just had a wide variety of roles she could play at once. She could be the straight (wo)man. She could be the comedic relief. She could be dramatic, in a funny way. She could be dramatic, in a sad way. This really endeared me to her.

Hiyoko the Ultimate Shit-talker. She was a bitch, let's be real. But she played the role "bitch" damned well. She was snarky, antagonistic, and overall an unpleasant person to be around. Yet entertaining all the same. Despite all of this, she still had a softer side to her. Mainly when she was mourning the death of Mahiru, the one person she respected.

Also considering Mikan killer her? Most deserved death of the game. Even if she wasn't the original target.

Peko was someone who died before I learned too much about them. Being executed in chapter 2 will do that. Her motivations were somewhat sympathetic though. She wanted to protect Fuyuhiko, and essentially sacrifice herself so that he'd be able to get off the island. Trying to get by on a technically of considering herself a "tool" that he used to kill. Except he considered her a person. Then there was her execution which was both badass and ironically tragic(when she accidentally wounded the person she loved). She was an interesting character that died sadly early.
