90-93 or so WCW was pretty great with some low spots. WWF was awful until like 95/96 and slowly got better until the attitude era. once Hogan got to WCW it was bad until NWO got running.

1995 was their worst year.

and Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition 2008 (which I have) both confirm the information. (that's how I found out about it)

I can't call it revisionist history then, but I do still think they were telling a story.

Are you joking? I knew about this since 2008. It was pretty much common knowledge among everyone else I knew who were fans of the game.

There's nothing revisionist about it that's what actually happened. It was a mathematical error.

I never would have believed that a slip of the mouse would have lead to that becoming her canon figure. That's just a showman's story. But the timing is what makes it all too convenient. By saying now and only now that it was an accident, it rewrites history to state that her famed figure was never a part of who she was.

It'd be better just to drop "LGBT," and all variations thereof, and replace it with Gender & Orientation Minorities (GOM).

They should leave it as LGBT. Anything not stated is more or less implied.

It'd be like if people of color were referred to by the acronym BAIL (Black, Asian, Indian, Latino) and people kept inflating the acronym to reference ethnic groups that were omitted, but more or less still implied.

You know who is covered under that banner. Don't stretch it out and make it a mouthful just so that everyone is directly identified.

Yeah. We're really not getting another live action adaptation unless that series sees a major boom due to the new sequel series / video game spinoffs.

There were kind of in a bad position where everything was built around Pay Per View events, but PPVs only took place every 2 to 5 months. Virtually nothing happened between WrestleMania and SummerSlam.

War has always been a headache for comic book writers.

When real people are fighting and dying, it's disrespectful to have an invincible flying man in blue tights swoop in and defeat the enemy. Yet, it's also difficult to write a justification for why guys a individual like Superman would stay neutral when his country needs him the most.

Despite comic book covers with Superman striking Hitler or taking down military equipment, the writers of that era made deliberate attempts to keep the war out of the comics themselves. That didn't stop the cartoon writers though from having Superman single-handedly take down the Japanese armada as if the US troops couldn't get the job done themselves.
