Target the boss first to limit the amount of moves they get per turn. Ideally you'll be able to take them and the adds out in one fell NP swoop. Don't worry about their charge gauge, their NP does no damage.

The argument for Poster Girl stems from the Golden Dailies being once a day and there's more time spent on the 40 AP dailies.

I could micromanage a bit and have Guda-O on the initial reset when the Golden Daily is up then switch to Poster Girl after about half a day. Might give that a shot.
