Pretty sure it was the game itself. When you planned a route for a ship, you could tell it to wait for loads if the planet did not have them ready when it arrived (which I usually did because having an empty ship fly around is a waste). At the late game stage where I was producing advanced materials, the ships kept getting stuck in their route waiting for these to be loaded even when the planet had them in their inventory. So I would have to edit the route to get the ship to take off. This started happening way too much so my options were to tediously scan my list of ships for those getting stuck, fix them, ad nauseum, or just stop having them wait and instead fly empty/partially loaded (which ruins your profits allowing the competitors to get ahead of you)

Does the game have 3D acceleration support or does it just run in software mode?

I used to play it on an old dell desktop way under the minimum reqs, 250mb ram, 2.6ghz or something processor, not with all expansions though, had a few on there up to bon voyage.. It lagged like a bastard though

As for graphics it will configure them automatically but you can tweak them yourself after install

@KookyCouture If it lagged on a 2.6GHz CPU i can only imagine how much slower a 1.5GHz one will run it even with it being a quad core.

So according to the specs i have an A4 5000 clocked at 1.5GHz & Radeon HD 8330 with 512MB of Vram which is shared with system RAM which is 4GB DDR3 1600MHz. So can i play it without my computer exploding?

Real Time Strategy games aren't really games i'm interested in. But if it lets you do the life simulation parts of the game only then i wouldn't mind if they did that.

with Simcity with Cities Skylines. Its a much better game than the last Simcity was so hopefully their sims like game will be better than Sims 4 and there really needs to be an alternative to The Sims after all this time.

Why be against mining

I'm against it because its been raising video card prices to ridiculous levels. I mean a low mid range card like the GTX 1060 6GB shouldn't cost as much as it does right now.

Are you using a stand alone "mining" machine? If not stop using GPUs to do it and quit being apart of the problem because GPUs are meant for playing games not "mining" for fake money.

Videos on YouTube and other places look like they're in 3D and not normal like they should be. They were fine before the update & they're fine on Chrome so i know its from the update.
