The most Ive done is 260 but I havent done strength training in years. I honestly havent worked out in months. There are also various fitness tools to track how many calories youve burned as well. I think youre exaggerating. You dont need to know exact numbers. There are plenty of calculators that take your physical and lifestyle info to estimate calories burned. All you need to do after that is track your intake and keep it below that.
