Clinton would have actually filled the position in the State Department, so there would be more diplomatic talks with NK(for all the good that would do). Clinton had zero plans to go to war with Russia or North Korea. But maybe was eyeing some other country to invade. Trump would probably still be holding rallies and talking about how Hilary stole the election. There would be a bit more uproar with that, because her AG would come to the same conclusion that Sessions did, and "there's no cause or evidence to warrant an investigation" would not be believed by many. --- |
