Same. I think probably 95% of my Amazon products come UPS which leads me to believe they're already cheaper because Amazon isn't stupid.

Yeah like a week ago and I questioned why "free trial" was in the url. I was told it was just the sub domain they use. Still haven't played the game though.

Havent read the whole thread but I was thinking about this the other day. Nobody thinks about time with life on other planets. One civilization could rise and fall every billion years and there could be a billion of these civilizations throughout the whole history of the universe just for how long it will be around. So there probably isnt intelligent life right now.

I can shift+delete and it comes back instantly. Recycle delete says I don't have permission. It's the Outlook autocomplete file. I do this all the time. Have it make a new GUID and copy and paste the file name onto the old file. Outlook is closed and not in task manager so I don't think it's working with it.

Pretty confident I'm the administrator. My account info says so. And it's a new out of the box computer. It hasn't had time to do anything. I'll try safe mode and report back.

Google obviously suggests I go in the properties > security > advanced and change the owner. I'd love to, except it won't let me do that either. I changed the permissions too from allow everything to deny everything and back again for giggles. Anyone got a genius fix? Turn it off and on again?

Their reasoning behind the need for micro-transactions is that the margins on the games are already razor thin or non-existent so I think yes returning a pre-order or refusing to pay for DLC or loot boxes will have a negative impact on their bottom line. Even a 5% downturn will show up on a spreadsheet somewhere.

It's not about how many different devices an app is on. Nintendo shouldn't want there to be a reason for people to not use their device. Same reason Xbox tries to be the whole home entertainment unit.

It's not a 2 year contract. They don't do that anymore. It's a device payment agreement. Think of it as them giving you a 0% line of credit. You can pay more than the minimum each month or just pay it off whenever but if you cancel your "contract" you have to pay the phone off in full because you've also canceled that line of credit.

I agree completely. But, without seeing the reasoning from the judges, I would guess that news sources are focusing on the "legal dog" part for headlines when I would think the ambiguity comes from the start of the sentence i.e. "if y'all think I did it".

I don't see how the "if ya'll think I did it" part makes it ambiguous.

Isn't If Then Else the definition of multiple possibilities? I'm going to stop now. It's absolutely stupid that they don't give everyone a lawyer regardless of if they even ask for it.
